From all over the world, troops, vehicles and equipment began to stream back into the Concordiat Homeland. Aircraft winged their way back from the TLS and countless divisions travlled in huge fleets from the far-flung colonies of the Socialist Cockroaches, Rowanoke and Mozambique. Never before had such a millitary force been so concentrated in the Concordiat. Ports were expanded and huge millitary camps were built. The draft still could send 2 million more before the economy started to suffer. Over 25 Million soldiers had returned, but for what purpose? Only a select few knew that the Concordiat was preparing for the coming storm in the Balkans.
