The Peoples Republic of North Koreastan announces that they have launched a military satellite for the very first time! It is only a communications satellite and has absolutely no capibility for SIGINT, ELINT or any other kind of INT.
Nations are advised that this satellite is completly harmless and they should not put away all their sensitive equipment when this satellite is overhead.
