Bing bing
"Is this thing on?"
"Eep!"
"WELL FIX IT!"
CRASH..tinkle tinkle
"SQUEAK!"
This is followed by a damp crunching noise and another deflated squeak.
At this point the camera activates and a hooded figure in black, with two armoured knights (in black) behind it and to the sides, appears. There is a throne, its black. Above this throne are a number of spiked heads of formerly handsom heros, below each is a plate indicating the Lords former holdings.
The voice that comes through the sound system is rough, deep and has an edge of burning buildings, tourtured screams, and a standard echo-y-y effect that all Beings of Ultimate Evil usualy adopt.
"Cough. Greetings mortals, I am the Keeper Charnel, Lord of the Underworld and such. Afted defeating the weak and puny realms of King Reginald the Just (Its the head in the middle, if you would care to see him), and entering the Sunlit Kingdom I have decided to settle down, for now anyway, and establish some relations.
We are of course interested in any trade agreements, diplomatic alliances and such you may be willing to offer, or simply contacting you and saying 'hi', we also have space for embassies, but be sure that your ambassador doesnt have any sulfur allergies.
That is all, I have some things to attend to now, there are still a few troublesom Harmonians resisting our rule. Goodbye."

OOC:
First question, yes, Dungeon Keeper universe :).

For those who dont know Dungeon Keeper is basicaly a series of games where you get to be the bad guy, namely a Dungeon Keeper, leader of the forces of Evil against the Sunlit Kingdom of men (And elves, fairies and such sickeningly cute creatures that you could possibly want to harm yourself).
Most of the 'citizens' of Harmonia Mortus are demonic or evil, consisting of such things as goblins, trolls, warlocks and the like.
I intend to set this as either a modern nation, since there are very few fantasy nations (as far as I can see), so Ill try to tone the fantasticalness down to an acceptably real level :)
If being modern proves too hard to deal with, I could possibly figure some magical way to do space travel, which Im sure the Futuretech nations wont mind :)

Thats all for now, ciao.)
