Recent intelligence has suggested that the Shildonian Proctorate of Paradisizian Shildonia may come under attack by the Empire of Paradiszia. As such, in order to protect the peoples of our protectorate, a 200 mile Total Exclusion Zone has been declared around Paradisizian Shildonia and Shildonia itself. Should any Paradiszian vessel or aircraft enter the TEZ it will be fired on without warning. The intrusion would also be considered to be an act of war against the People's Republic, and a full military counterstrike will be launched.
In order to bolster the defences, an additional three infantry divisions will be deployed to Paradisizian Shildonia over the next few weeks, as well as eight Expeditionary Air Wings, and three Carrier Battlegroups. Our nuclear forces will also be upgraded to a higher state of readiness, with nuclear armed bombers being airbourne at all times ready to launch a strike should the need arise.
It is advised that foreign citizens in Paradisizian Shildonia make preparations to leave, as it is likely that the Paradiszians will commit attrocities against any civillians they may find. We will be able to evacuate some civillians to Shildonia on the transport planes used to bring in reinforcements, though we recommend other nations make their own preparations to evacuate their civillians.

Paradisizian Shildonia came under Shildonian administration after the imperialists in Paradiszia made an illfated declaration of war against, amongst others, Shildonia in an attempt to force their misguided ideology onto us. It seems they did not learn their lesson last time round.
