Following cut-backs in the size of the Navy and sale of several older ships, and hoping to cement good relations with the Unoited Kingdom of Hogsweat, it has been agreed that, for the sum of two billion dollars per vessel, we will refurbish and hand over to Hogsweat 20 retired Delta-IV ballistic-missile submarines. Refurbishment is expected to take approximately 36 months.
