- Stavropol Aerodrome
As reported by Evgeniy Metenka
Wispy, silver clouds framed this beautiful azure sky, here, in the central region of the nation. A moderate headwind pushed itself from the east to the west across the expansive grass prairies here, near the district capitol of Stavropol. The only thing not fitting into this picture? Was it the thunderous roar reverberating across the plains? Or was it the cheering mass of people lining the primary runway at the Stavropol Aerodrome? Or could it be our nation's national anthem blaring across speakers, seemingly positioned every couple of meters? Whatever it was that stood out here, it couldn't possibly take anything away from what was about to emerge from a walled off area. Chief Marshal Ruslan Metslav's strong and throaty voice erupted from the speakers, but it could hardly be heard over the roars emanating from behind the cloth and concrete walls, seemingly keeping some horrid monster from escaping. As the marshal of the air force spoke, the audible noise of the hidden object seemed to decrease some...
That is, until he uttered the word Miloslav, which, at that point, the roar seemed to hit the accelerator as we're sure people reeled back from the pressure differences. As Metslav stood back and began applauding, the national anthem hit its most enchanting tunes, drawing many of the crowd to salute the ARSB flag which fluttered in the wind. It didn't last long though, as the entire attention of the crowd shot towards the massive gleaming behemoth taxiing out onto the runway. No one could tell what it was... Until it turned broadside, revealing the tell-tale posture of a transport aircraft. Its dull-coated silver skin accented the bright navy blue ARSB flag, emblazoned across the side of the fuselage.
Within minutes, after a lengthy run, the giant lumbered into the atmosphere, meeting up with three F-57C Molniya air superiority aircraft. Immediately after it turned, facing away from the massive crowd, revealing its true identity, that of a twin fuselaged triwing aircraft. Six massive turbofans hung from her primary, center-mounted wings. The aircraft, designated the C-380 and officially named the Miloslav, rolled off of the Dat' Pizdy Aircraft Corporation's Stavropol factory lines two weeks ago as the first of its design. Her radical new design, that of a twin fuselaged, three winged aircraft was truly revolutionary... Her still top secret cargo system is said to carry some 490 tons or up to 1200 passengers. It would become the primary strategic heavy airlifter in the nation's air forces.
However, the Miloslav had a few tricks up its sleeve. It doubles as a combat and combat support aircraft. Apparantly, models have been designed with certain abilities. One air force spokesman revealed to SBSN their unofficial name for four variants of the aircraft, they are: 'Malakhiia' or God's messenger; 'Mara' or destruction; 'Marka or hammer; and finally 'Mechislav' or 'Sword of Glory'. One project manager, who declined to be named, was quoted as saying, "These aircraft will have much more duties than just logistical support. We're talking strategic bomber, cruise missile dispenser, electronic warfare. I mean, the uses of this aircraft are pretty much unlimited..."
The aircraft was said to revolutionize modern logistical practices. We can only wait for Dat' Pizdy Aircraft Corporation to release more specifications. No pictures were available as picture taking was not allowed at the event.
