What exactly is your definition of high calibre fire?
We could offer a version of our LUV 8A Voltigeur light vehicle upgraded with full STANAG Lvl 4 protection (stops 14.5 AP HMG ammo), thsi would remove about 200kg from the listed payload:

The States Industries of Schultaria Prime: Designwerks might be able to help fit this order.
We can offer a variation of our popular Logistics and Transport Vehicle, the Frecavos as a possible solution to your requirements.
This vehicle, the workhorse of the SKC (Schultarian Defense Forces), is suitable for both on an off-road terrain. Designed for extremely heavy loads, the Frecavos can hold an impressive amount of cargo in its spacious loading bay. However, to abide by Schultarian export laws, we can not sell this system with any offensive weaponry. To quote our statutes:
"It shall be against the law in Schultaria Prime to produce any weapon which is not already connected to an approved defensive system for reasons of export sale."

We are willing to pay double the price per unit if it is fitted with heavier armor and a V shaped hull (bottom). We want the tires to be invulnerable to flats as well.

Well, I don't know if this'll fit what you want or not, but I had forgotten about this and was digging around and found it. I modernized it a bit, but, if you don't want it, fine, maybe someone else will find that its what they need.

MT-14 Armored Transport/Crowd Control Vehicle
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v63/Chlevenkov/Wolfmulti-purposevehicle.jpg
The MT-14 is a domestic Armored Transport vehicle used in the delivery of munitions, sensitive material, equipment, and other objects to military positions. The vehicle handles well under fire and maintains numerous survivability measures.
Standard On MT-14
2 inch thick dense plastic coated glass, non-shattering. Middle layer composed of heavy guage steel wire mesh. Will stop all pistol rounds, most rifle rounds, and some heavier rounds (12.7mm included). Although, higher the round size, the less number of rounds it can take.
High-Power Halogen Flood Lights for temporarily blinding opponents. All four in front are halogen/conventional which use conventional lighting for regular road driving and halogen when needed. Eight positions allow for the installment of flood lights of halogen or any other gas flood lights to blind anyone nearby. LED lights can be used.
Central Tire Pressure System- Allows for the automatic and continuous reinflation of a flat tire. Also allows for tire pressures to be varied for increased traction, surface area, pressure, etc.
All steel, reinforced rims- Allows the MT-14 to run on a flat tire or with no tire at all.
Central Tire Sealant System- System that injects sealant into a tire to seal any cracks, holes, tears, or rips.
Front and Rear Heavy Duty self-recovery winches
Towbar for towing any trailer
All-Wheel Drive- To allow for unsurpassed traction and controllability
All-Wheel Steering- To allow for unsurpassed maneuvaribility and stability.
Re-Positionable Suspension System- Allows for the vehicle's suspension to be altered to keep it stable on slopes and also allows it to vary ground clearance and vehicle height, making it possible for this to fit into a helicopter. This system also allows for the vehicle wheel-base to be increased or decreased (wheels expanded outwards or inwards)
Reinforced frame including curved underbody to aid in mine resistance. If a mine does detonate underneath the vehicle, nothing within it will be harmed. The transfer case, driveshaft, and other necessary parts are located in a slightly armored shroud that will prevent damage by slowing shrapnel (except with anti-tank mines).
Flare/grenade deployment system
Infared, radar warning receivers.
Full steel body with 'fuse' points that can bend and twist under extreme pressure
Armor consists of a steel outer layor followed by a dense plastic layer (about 1 inch thick) followed by a dense kevlar fiber mat with a following layer of ceramics with a final steel layer. A small gap in between the dense kevlar and ceramics layers allows for increased resistance against rocket propelled grenades.
Connection points for lap top computers, GPS systems, radio systems, command and control systems, etc.
Engine
The MT-14's engine is a simple diesel engine with few parts that can malfunction or be harmed. This also aids in its survivability. The MT-14's engine is the massive MHD-D9 redundant 360 horsepower (at 3200 RPM) V-8 diesel engine. Its 800 cubic inch engine can be bored and stroked to nearly 1000 cubic inches, providing some 850 foot-pounds of torque. A supercharger adds another twenty horsepower. For diesels, horsepower doesn't really matter, its all about torque and this has 850 ft-lbs. of it.
The engine is coupled with an advanced coolant system that will run just fine with anything from water to antifreeze to diesel fuel. It also has an automatic injector that injects a component into the flow that will create a seal in any leak located.
Weapons Ability
The MT-14, as a crowd control vehicle, maintains three hardpoints for weapons. One is a heavy point for the addition of a heavier machine gun or even an anti-tank weapon
In the rear portion of the vehicle there is storage for up to eight assault rifles as well as magazines, ammunition, and cleaning tools for them. The cab maintains a position to hold two assault rifles as well as pistols.
Design
The MT-14 was primarily designed for armored transport and crowd control, thus it has heavy armor, a powerful engine, and crowd-subduing systems.
Her heavy, reinforced rear area is capable of carrying some 1100 pounds plus up to four guard personnel and their weapons. Six firing slots are present in the rear end, two on each side and one on each rear opening door. Each door is armored with inner armor flaps that prevent rounds from penetrating the weak point of the vehicle, the door hinge area or the gap that exists there. The rear compartment is also ventilated, giving it NBC performance.
Her front end is also massive with heavy steel armor protecting its bulky engine. Unnecessary parts cover the engine as to reduce critical damage or damage that doesn't take longer than an hour to repair or replace the parts affected. She maintains a triple radiator (a small one to the side, and two large ones) each with its own seperate coolant system. The vehicle can operate on the smaller one as long as a lower speed is maintained.
The cab is as well protected as the rear, even slightly more. A single armor plate (covering the entire front window) can be affixed to the window area to decrease the possibility of penetration by enemy fire. The armor plates are usually made of two half inch plates of steel sandwiching a layer of ceramics with in-woven kevlar fibers. Dense plastics may also be added to slow projectile kinetic energy. Two openings are left (one on driver, one on passenger side) that are roughly 3x7 inches in size. A steel plate can flip down, from the outside (using a cable), to provide protection under heavy fire. Only two people can fit in the cab area. A door or hatchway between the to compartments allow traversal between the two compartmenst. A small door with a plexiglass window can be flipped to close this opening and locked using three seperate locking systems. When locked, it also seals, preventing air from the outside coming in. This is there, so that in the event of a crowd overcoming the vehicle and debilitating the crew, they have no access to the rear compartment.
A total of three hatches are present, one above the passenger seat in the front and two in the rear (one on each side). Each hatch has armor equivalent to that of the rest of the vehicle and can be closed (which also seal, keeping NBC protection) and locked. Each hatch location has a weapons mount. Above the driver is a periscope system which includes an infrared sight for night driving. The periscope is actually an armored camera pod (can sustain pistol rounds) linked to a large screen inside the vehicle which can be affixed to the area in front of the driver on the dashboard (if a closed armor partition is added).

The vehicle fits convoy purposes, but we would like a vehicle specifically designed to be extremely armored, and capable of holding a LOT of weight.
Well then the next step up would be our Stoat LAV, which is rahter fast, well armored for it's class (with the electrical reactive armour upgrade it is imprevious to HEAT warheads) and capble of being supplied in either an APC or IFV config.
The APC basically uses a similar turret system to the Voltigeur, both these vehicles can accept a wide rnage of weapons all the way upto system such as the GAU-19 3barrel .50 gatling gun and the M230 30mm cannon. The IFV uses a full enclosed manned turret that can accept full sized cannons rnaging from 25mm bushmasters all the way upto boffers 40mm guns.

Alternatively a 4x4 development of the stoat could be supplied specified to meet your eaxct requirements

Well, in the event you're still interested we've come up with the MT-14G. We have upped the armor by adding another inch of aluminum as well as a mat of dense plastic (superb in slowing a projectile's kinetic energy) in between the layers.
The door has been removed and replaced with an armored partition capable of stopping or slowing most pistol rounds and some smaller rifle rounds. Also, all doors have been fitted with an internal triple bolt system and reinforced hinges.
The vehicle, after modifications, will now cost $150,250 USD.

OOC: For reference:
150 mm is approximately 5.9 Inches
115 mm is approximately 4.53 Inches
IC:
Although this vehicle is highly resistant to all calibers of cannon weaponry up to 20 mm and to anti vehicle mines containing up to 10 kg of explosives, we will upgrade the Frecavos if you so require. For reference, all of the vehicle's tires are custom designed to remain rigid and not deflate in the event of puncture. They are designed to remain fully inflated with a full load of cargo for 90km at a speed of 60 km/h.
If we do come to an agreement on the sale of this technology, we would like to be privy as to why you would require such a heavily armored transport vehicle. If our technology is to be utilized for military offensive purposes, or nation would prefer to know before we conclude the deal.
