For nearly two centuries The United Socialist States of Schultaria Prime has been relatively free of the more dangerous international elements plaguing the world as we know it today. Unfortunately our nation has been the subject of vicious attack for little more than the pursuance of technological advancement on several occasions. This kind of violence against the very core of our culture has prompted the Central Directorate and the National Assembly of Schultaria Prime to sanctify expansion of formal diplomatic circles.

"Compared to other nations of similar size and socioeconomic clout, Schultaria Prime's achievements on the international stage of diplomacy have been meager at best," Director Joan Covey explained to a press conference a few weeks ago, "under suggestions from the National Assembly, our government will attempt to rectify this situation. However, this is not a mere stopgap solution; we are seeking to find and establish diplomatic partnerships with our warmest friends as well as like minded nations. Some of our greatest international partners, many of whom have had close ties to our nation for decades, still do not possess official diplomatic channels with our government."
