This alliance is open to all nations who lay claim to territories who use the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. This alliance's main goal is to promote stability in the Gulf and Caribbean region. This alliance would include:

Mutual Protection (Defense of the region)
Economic Support
Trade
etc. (More will be added if need be)

OCC: I know alot of nations lay claim to the same area and this alliance is open to the nations who do lay claim to those areas. This would mean if there were two nations who claim Mexico, they could both join.

*IC:* The USSCR takes note of this alliance presented to the world at large, and would recommend that persons do not join this, as Communist Louisiana is known to ignore mutual protection pacts, among his other faults.

Though We do not lay claim to any territories in the mentioned area, we support the growth of this Alliance and would assist in the protection of it's members, only because it's goal is so respectable.

since you are willing to recognize "trans-dimensional" claims to the same area, on behalf of our puppet nation, The Grand Duchy of Norleans, we are interested in joining as well.

OOC: Norleans is a member of The Southern Alliance and in the Southern Alliance Region and occupies the former states of Louisiana, Mississippi and the port of Mobile, Alabama which it took upon the collapse of the Antebellum South, see the threads related to this (I'm too tired and its too late to look up all up and post 'em now).

OOC: Frankly, I don't give a damn what you or Hattia think. I left for just that reason. Too much censorship in a COMMUNIST alliance. Hattia, in all honest, I never respected. He was far too inactive. Computer problems, perhaps. But you'd expect someone to be able to log onto a forum once a day.

By the way, It was Communist Mississippi I really ignored... I said his "allies" mostly only because he was using them in place of himself in many occasions.
