The ECF fleet was badly damaged and in need of repairs.
Willing: Defold the fleet at Normandeicht.
Willing: We ask the GZ to provide any assitance possible, Our ships are badly damaged and some are barely capable of supporting life, we have many injured as well.

Uh... ECF, I'll just wait until you make this clearer... but, you essentially want repairs, right?

As High Admiral Schumacher sat in his conference, a wailing noise eminated from his chair console. He read the report quickly, his eyes darting left to right, top to bottom.

He punched in a few commands, essentially allowing for the ECF fleet to dock for repairs. He would deal with this situation later...

Willing: I'm am sorry for not being clear, but our comm system was down.
Our ships have really taking a beating at Coreworlds. The Flagship is in the worst shape as it engaged several Shivan Battleships at the same time, We have fires all over the ship. Most of the smaller ships have been badly damaged. We cannot figure out how we got here in one peice.
The TITAN class ships have taken the most damage and we need to help them before there QC walls drop which could destory the whole system.
I need repairs, FAST!

Knowing there was no time, without a communication, waves of Federal Stardock barges clamped onto the ECF vessels, bringing each ship, even the FlagShip, to dock with the Federal Shipyards.

Hundreds of thousands of repair beams swept over the ECF ships, repairing breaches, as thousands of Starbase workers extinguished fires, mended wires, and carted the wounded and dying off the damaged vessels.

High Admiral Schumacher would wrap up his peace talks as soon as possible to deal with the ECF situation...

Captain: We have a problem here I won't have the warpcore online and the nanites control systems are offline.
Willing: AYe, I need to talk to GZ as soon as possible.

ooc: ECF.... We have warp cores also... my engineers would not be dumbfounded at the sight of a coolant leak...

as soon as my negotiations are completed, I'll have the Admiral take care of the situation.

OOC: Would you guys agree to an attack from the ESUS now? It would make a fun plot twist. And it would allow you an ally with the attack.

OOC: well I didn't know that, Besides we probably both use very different desings

Admiral Schumacher: But of crouse! We have much to discuss!

The Admiral got up from his seat at the conference table and greeted the ECF Admiral.

"Welcome, Admiral Willing. Please sit down." Fritz turned to the Imperial Delegation and spoke. "This is the commander of the ECF Fleet. They are one of our closest allies."

As he spoke, the Admiral keyed in a command on the underside of the oak table. As he confirmed the order, the Federal repair teams began to "repair" the wrong systems...

ooc: We are essentially refitting all the ECF ships with Standard Federal shielding, Phase shielding, and various weapons systems...

OOC: The shotgun phaser stays as it is one of the most powerful weapons in the USF Fleet.

PARTICLE CANNONS ADDED TO ALL SHIPS
PHASE/STANDARD SHIELDS ADDED TO ALL VESSELS
TORPEDOE SYSTEMS INSTALLED ON ALL VESSELS

And so the list went on...

The ECF Fleet was now almost as powerful as the fleet it came to aid, the Federal Combined Fleet.
