With the recent events about the Slave Market it has come to the attention to the Greek Assembly that the "New Law" needs to be changed in some parts. The changes has been passed by a 190 votes for it and 10 votes against it. The changes where that all criminals will not be turned into slaves and be sold on the slave market. But they will have to do community service for 5-15 years depending on the crime. Murderers will be executed and their property will be seized by the family of the victim. Also the newly made city that was going to be used for the slave market will be turned into a huge military base. Information on it are still classified. It might be the home of a new ICBM missile silo but not likely. Plus all the other slave camps where turned into military bases too. The Assembly is still debating if we should rebuild Albania and FYROM. But most likely it will come to a poll so the government may see what the people of Greece think. In other news the Emperor decided to boost up security since the recent events may have made a lot of ennemies for Greece.

The Assembly has agreed to start Project: METROPOLIS. The project will rebuild Albania and FYROM after the war between Greece. Since right now they look like WW1-2 cities it will take a lot of money and time to complete 1 major city, which will serve as the capital for that nation, in each nation. We ask support from other nations to help us in rebuilding Albania and FYROM. Our construction workers are heading there. Greece will offer 10,000 manpower in the construction. If a nation is willing to help please contact the governmenmt and get the right papers to enter Albania, FYROM and to be able tp re-supply in Greece. Before the construction starts we are going to clear out the area where the cities will be built and start drawing up plans for the city.
KAC will draw up the block by block plans of the city if they are given exclusivity of government contracts for the next 10 years. This company lead the efforts of the rebuiling of cities damaged during the civil war.

Fair enough. We may start building right away. If you need to re-supply you have the authorization to enter Greece. We will start construction in Albania first. Our construction workers have started clearing out the old Albanian capital.

The old Albanian capital has been cleared up. The equipments are being set up right now and we are asking KAC to start setting up the construction plans for the new city. Office trailers have been set up near the construction site so you can work in.

A military jeep pulled up in the middle of construction from the KAC. A commander got off the jeep and wen into tthe office of the person in charge of the construction.
"The construction is to stop immediatly all funds from the government have been stopped. The workers will get paid for what they did. Due to a possibility that war might start in Greece the government does not want to waste money on this. But the agreement still stands and KAC will have all government projects for the next 10 years."
The commander left the office and went back to his jeep and headed back to the borders.
