OOC: I have decided like many other countries do to have two different "countries" A space one and a modern one. They will be in two different universes. (The modern one, furture one) The Dracun Future imperium will use Sw technoglogy and will be run like the Sith Heriarchy. (Two sith lords and then sith knights) Although there will be no more then 1,000 sith.The rest will be regular. The Modern Dracun will continue as normal.
