I tried creating an alliance yesterday but that didn't work out well...that and 1 resurected nation and a new nation wanted a change in the name....sort of a inside joke if you
I noticed recently on my return slavery seems to be the new thing all the other normal promblems were there too religion,imperilisim etc. So i have decided to create an alliance that will protect those that need the protecting not those that want protecting.
The Black Moon Rising alliance

Article 1
Governing
Article 1-A
There will be 3 councils Trade/econmy/DIplomacy Military/ security/internal and Court council
There will be three chairmen on each council although all members are in each council

Article 1-B Supreme Chancellor
Once every Rl week a new Supreme Chancellor will be appointed by the alliance. The supreme chancellor has the authority to place the D.R.D.F.(Defender rapid deployment force) he has also the power to Veto articles (only 1 time) and has the power to decline the accpetance of a possible member.


Article 2
Defender Rapid Deployment Force

Arcile 2-A the D.R.D.F. can only be deployed by the Supreme chancellor. No other member of the alliance can place them at their own will.

Article 3
Polices and Goals

Article 3-A We will defend all those attack wrongfully. We will attack all those who do wrong(relgious prosectuon(only if they are being killed), Slavery, assault for no reason other then imperilisim, and do our best to make a better world.

Article 4
protecting the alliance
arcticle 4-A if any member is attacked unless justified we will interfere and protect the member being assaulted

Article 5
Upholding our goals
aritcle 5-a if any member breaks the rules of the Alliance they will be sent to the court council where they will be given a fair trial according to thier law.


Article 6
Trade
We will each given discount at their own storefront. And if youa agree allow the prodcution right of your product for free but be paid by the alliance treasury.

Article 7
Treasury
Article 7-A
Each member every week will contribute a minimum of 8 billion. This will not be changed for anyone.(unless under 40 mill) You may contribute more as you desire.

The Concordiat of Wirraway asks to able to join the alliance. We currently have holdings in Mozambique where we have abolished slavery, we woudl welcome the Dracun Imperium into our lands to help rebuild and educate the formerly enslaved natives there.

Yes I would like to have a council position, I'm surrounded in by nations espousing slavery and I may have out myself in danger by joining this alliance, can I expect aid if attacked?

We have found ourselves in quite a sticky situation, we have joined to many alliances. We cannot get caught in between a war between you and Borman, if we have your blessing we would like to stay neutral in the conflict.
