The Government of DPUO has a need for civil shipbuilding contractors. We are looking for companies to build for us up to 50 bulk cargo carriers, 100 general-purpose merchantmen, and 30 supertankers, in addition to 100 smaller oil tankers and coasters and 60 Ro-Ro ferries.

We are also seeking companies from overseas willing to construct civil shipyards within the country itself, for use in building more merchantile marine vessels. The contract would be for the building of five large shipyards with at least 2 slipways able to construct VLCCs, and is worth an estimated $5,670,000,000.

Any offers welcome with the following exceptions:

*League of Empire Loyalists members
*Members of extremist right-wing regions or alliances.

Greenmanbry's modest Porosz Corporation facilities in the Sudan can accomodate such an order. Although our attempts at manufacturing naval warships have not been successful, we have exerienced remarkable success in building seaworthy civilian ships and ocean-liners.

If we are awarded the contract, the stats and costs will be delivered to you privately.

As for shipbuilding facilities, I believe there are more naval-oriented nations who would do a much better job at constructing such facilites than ourselves.
