Official Statement from the Sevarisian government.
Earlier today, at a press conference, Yuna Alessandri, current Foriegn Minister and future Kaiserine, removed her top, and her breasts ended up on national television. This was because she got angry with several reporters who were asking "lewd, crude, and socially unacceptable" questions. We formally apologize for this incident. Ms. Alessandri suffers from anger-management problems, and forgot to take her medication.
