Gladiatorial combat to begin.

Borman will be constructing arenas in every city and one resembling but much larger than the Colosseum in the capital. Slaves shall fight to death and after 500 victories they shall be granted citizenship and educated. After 250 they can only be owned by the government. After 100 they start to get a SMALL cut of profits from them being sold and from their won battles.

Admission will be next to nothing and all gladiators will be given as much food as they want and a very decent bed. Guards will however outnumber gladiators 2:1 and will hae guns. The gladiators will fight with swords, armour, etc.

Any government that wishes may view the first battle in Bhalkland that will take place in 1-2 years. It will be between 50 lions and 20 elephants.
