Head Councilman Kashan Jorinsbane recently approved a military space program, and gave it a 232,000,000,000 callo point ($177,000,000,000) budget. The man in charge of the recently formed Takannian Air and Space Force, Daniel Karata is requesting help from countries that already have a military space program. "The problem is that we don't have anything that is much help. All we have is very outdated technology that is too expensive and inefficient to be able to use, and it would be too expensive and time-consuming to develop new technology on our own." Karata recently said in a recent speech.

Do you mean weapons like Ortillary? Or do you mean more along the lines of space vessels and zero-g warfare?

In the interests of promoting peaceful cooperation between our two nations, we would like to invite you to send an astronaut to our Astronaut Training School at Heignton SpacePort to train as a Mission Specialist to form part of the crew for one of our RHLS missions to the Shildonian Space Station (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=352357) (SSS). The skills learned both during training and the mission itself will almost certainly prove invaluable in setting up your own manned space program.

Chief Administrator SSA
We want basic space vessel technology.
Thank you very much, I accept your offer. I will make sure that our best astronaut will be at your school shortly.
