His Excellency, Emperor Crossman of the United Imperium of Crossman has said that he has no opinion as to the personality of Emperor Alexei. The Emperor simply said, "I don't really know who the Hell he is." The Emperor then just sort of wandered away from the press conference. The dumbfounded reporters decided they too would just, leave.

I'd think he was ok if it wasnt for the enslavement and the fact that he very rudely threatened Praetonia over that n00b war (St. Helliers or something).
