Greetings. I am The Beast 666, the Avatar of Evil on this earth. I welcome you to my press confrence to make an important announcement to you, and to the people of this insignificant planet.
Recently, I have acquired biological weapons. I have done this to persuade dogooder nations not to attempt to try to come and invade. Let it be known I will use them offensively only if attacked.
My secret allies have supplied me with these weapons. In exchange I have singed a treaty announcing my aid in supplying advanced genetic cloning technology, precious minerals and the like.
The treaty is a mutual defense pact; if I am attacked, as long as I did not start the war, my allies will use their weapons to destroy the attackers. Please be assured that my secret allies are powerful enough to successfully see to the demise of any such attacker. Suffice it to say that you would finally know what nuvculear winter really meant.
The Shadow has Fallen. A time of great cjhange and growth is apon us. Rejoice people of Earth, both for the survivors and the deceased. A new day has truly dawned apon us a New Age has begun.
