We are not able to purchase these units in a lump sum, however.

Payments and shipments would begin as of next year. We are capable of producing artillery munitions ourselves at this time, so no such purchase is required.

As we seem to have lost our previous supplier of tanks we'd like to aquire about 400 Black Eagle tanks. But would it be possible to remove the auto loader and put the 4th crewman back in? We've found that the autoloader isn't really that much better than having a real person doing it.

Ok, our designers will carry out the conversion. It shouldn't be too difficult, as the Black eagle has a large turret anyway.

This will cost +0.2million per tank extra though.

The extra money isn't a concern, thankfully. We'd like to aquire them as soon as possible.
