"In a first for the world, the newly created Nation of Sarctic has made a vote and suceeded almost 100%. In having an excellent police and military force, the government passed a law which allowed the nations armed forces to be hired out to other countries. We sat down with the countries leader, Larf Onsorn, for more on the matter." The image flashed to an interview style between the reporter and Larf.

"Mr.Onsorn, what prompted your government to make this move?"

"It really wasn't a question of what as to when. When this nation was founded two years ago, we were still plenty endowed in money from our former Communist State. However, in some bad spending before my term, it was mostly wasted. And, the only way out of the predicament is to offer our best services, our police, while our other main industries get back on their feet from the Anarchy that exisisted a year back."

So that is it. The nation of Sarctic is hiring its police out. I'll have a list of equipment and possible fees later in the day.

Training

Every new recruit to the Sarctic Operational Conscriptor Force (The SOCF) starts their training immediately from recruitment. A rigorious excercise program is instigated at their arrival of one of Sarctic's 15 base camps. This includes basic obstacle training, cardiovascular activites and a test exam on their knowledge of their country and history.

Following their acceptance past this point, they begin training in police activites, firearm training, negotiation and crowd control. Recruits who show promise and strengths in fields other than a general Officer are geared into special classes, concerning the Special Operations Officers (SOO Officers). More on this will be explained later.

Half way through the 5 months of training required by SOCF, an exam is held for each and every recruit. They are tested on everything they have learned and must complete the Urban Assault Training Course (UATC, which is healthily named by our candiates the "Pants Wet City"). In a tiny, played out urban block, each recruit must make it to the end of the street while subdueing criminals, played by instructors, with a laser tagged gun and vest. Also along the way, they must secure the safety of civillians.

If the recruits do not pass, they go back for another month of "refresher" and attempt again. This cycle repeats until they do. Those that do suceed are officially deemed "Apprentices" and began special training for other members of a team. An instructor and 6 apprentices form "Gunlets", a fire team and their teacher. The next two months involve hard training in urban enviroments and SOO apprentices training.

SOO candiates train in a number of fields not availbie to a normal officer. These role amount from demolition and explosvies, survaillance and recon and heavy weapons and fire. A language specialist and technical advisor are currently being applied also. Pilots and grenadiers are in field testing roles currently.

After their two months, all apprentices enter their final exam to become full fledged "Officers". "Gunlets" must operate in tight, monitored scenarios in urban and rural enviroments. Providing they pass, they are shifted to operational status "Active" and are shifted to full duty.

Equipment

All normal officers are equipped with the following stock.

Vector CR-21 Assault Rifles

Kevlar Vest

Tear Gas, Flares, Emergency Rations, Survival Kit, Field Comm

Vehicles

Most of the time, Officers deploy on vehicles clients of the area can provide. They do however carry an assortment of helicopters and land vehicles for their needs.

Hope that opened some information for you. Post again if you would still like to contract the SOCF. Generally, we have a stock of about 800,000 officers. We hire them out in 100s, and 100 cost 10,000 USD. A 1,000 officers cost 100,000 USD. Officers can only be hired out for a month max, and time over must be paid for again.
