When we sell them to a nation they are completedly cleaned up from the tip of the Communication Towers to the bottom of the ship. The delivery Time may vary due to the location of the pick up point. It takes only 1 week (42 rl mins) to completedly clean a ship. We currently can clean 50 ships at one time.
