The First Minster of Red Wales recieved the telegram sent by Dracun Imperium. He went to his secretary (sp) "show this telegram to all the relivant AMs and tell them we will discuss this at our next cabinet meeting" the secretary did as she was told.

After some discussion in the cabinet meeting the First Minster, much to the disgust of the oppition party leader, who thinks that it should have been discussed on the Assemblely floor rather then "behind closed doors" issued a statement to Dracun Imperium.

"Red Wales would like to open up trade links with you, we would also request that we are allowed to establish an embassy in your country"

Telegram to SAVX,

our army at it current state number 500,000 including support personel, Our special ops/elite units force number at a 500,000 including support and are tank squad number in around 300,000 (not tanks personel). Our navy is totalty out of date and due to oue last civil war completely destroyed. So we are trying to rebuild it and are recieving numerous applicants.(personel) Our air force number around 300,000 (personel). So our grand total withholding the navy applicants is around 1.6 million which is small for our country...we are trying to rebuild it though. We are looking for carriers,battleships,subs,machines guns, special ops funs, assault rifles, all different types of tanks, bombers and fighters etc.
