A new country has been formed on the mouth of the Tigris river today (Southern Iraq, against the Persian Gulf). So far, no contact has been made to this new country's government. If one even exsists. No official boundaries have been placed either. All we do know is that around five and a half million people are in this region. We can only hope no major casualties will come about in this new transition.
