Silently, the USS Alpenia slipped into the maritime claims which were considered to be waters belonging to Guerillastan. Using the catapillar engines would make the operation much more successful, due to the fact that the submarine being virtually silent, and would simply appear on radar and sonar as a blank space.
To sonar, the submarine didnt exist, and if it was to be detected, it would be with the sophistication of a completely different sonar system, different to what was implemented to most, if not all naval equipment worldwide. Like a hole in the water, the Akila Class Submarine, slid through the water at a medium pace directly towards the largest coastal city in Guerillastan. Captain Ulysus had his plans strongly thought out, and he knew he had the crew's support behind him.
The damage which four thermo-nuclear tipped torpedo's could do to a city would be tremendous, and being an educated man, Captain Ulysus and the crew knew to be careful with their precious cargo. Deeper they dived, until they were at a great depth, where even if somehow a sonar could detect the submarine, any sonar would be virtually useless at such a depth unless there were other presenses so deep. Nevertheless, if there was even another naval presense this deep, the Alpenia was still just a hole in the water...
Making slight adjustments to the course was easy, something which the Austarian Navy did find difficult to track. No tracking devices were on the submarine, and so the small surface presense, although searching to the best degree, they couldnt seem to find the submarine deep below. And with the knowledge that they had now illegally entered Guerillastan waters, the situation was to become much more difficult diplomatically.
Weighing up the situation became easy for leaders in the Austar Union. They had either the option of having a rouge submarine, thermo-nuking one of the major cities of Guerillastan, or they could break maritime laws and continue the frantic search for the dangerous undersea presense already inside Guerillastan waters, in hopes of avoiding a catastrophe which could kill millions of innocents. However they did make the desision to send a message to the leaders of Guerillastan, in hopes that they would understand the severity and emergency of the situation. If the Austarian Naval presense was to stop the search, it would risk the lives of millions, and if the Naval presense was to continue regardless of maritime territorial boundaries, they could save lives, and all that would occur would be a few ruffled feathers.

In hopes of attempting to avoid a diplomatic crisis, we are sending this transmission to you to highlight a danger which poses a great threat to you are your citizens.
Pleased be advised of a Akila Class Submarine which has entered your waters, and please also be advised that it is carrying a lethal thermo-nuclear payload, capable of wiping one of your coastal cities from the map. We are currently undertaking searching operations to search for the undersea menace, and please note that they have already entered your waters.
We apoligise for this event that our forces have entered your waters, and we apoligise for the rouge submarine which is threatening all your people. Please keep all diplomatic channels open, for this is a growing situation which we feel will require both forces participation in this matter.
OOC: I have no intention for any damage to actually be caused by the submarine, so dont worry, I just thought this would put an interesting storyline plot into the overall course of things...
