The M-11 vehicle (M-11A1 is Special Forces Insertion and M-11A2 is Fast Attack Vehicle) was designed to replace the UAZ-S 3162M special forces insertion vehicle and the UAZ-H 8624 fast attack vehicle. Design comminality was a must as well as modularity and multi-mission capability. The M-11 base vehicle is a sturdy all-wheel drive platform capable of cross-country travel with little performance loss.

M-11A1 Special Forces Insertion Vehicle
The M-11A1 variant of the M-11 base vehicle is a special forces insertion vehicle, meaning it must complete the following tasks: run silent, less visible, some defense, and protection for the occupants of the vehicle. The M-11A1 is the ultimate vehicle for those tasks (besides our M-08 which is our primary SFI vehicle as well as a recon car). The M-11A1 is shorter than its fast attack vehicle counterpart, the M-11A2 (or M-12 as some refer to it as). The M-11A1, however, uses a different engine...
The M-11A1 fields a 220 horsepower (at 3200 RPMs) V8 diesel engine with 5.7 liters of displacement. This engine is slightly smaller than the M-11A2's but for good reason: less noise and because it doesn't really need it as the M-11A1 has no mechanical transmission but rather four seperate wheel-hub mounted magnetic motors (SB-SWMA/T14) that use the 204 kWs generated by the engine to power them (after it is relayed through a 190 kW SB-PST/M11 permanent magnet generator). Three battery pack systems (located in the rear of the vehicle) store power as it is generated. The vehicle can operate in three modes, electric only, engine only, and hybrid. In the electric only mode, thermal and acoustic signatures are lowered to nearly 0, increasing its stealth capability. Engine only mode is used when the electric system is unusable, damaged, or for road/cross-country use. Hybrid mode is used when more power is required, allowing for stored energy to be used along with the energy created by the motor for increased performance and acceleration.

Armament for the M-11A1 includes two mounts for machine guns or grenade launchers. The first armament position is located on the roll cage above the main occupants. That weapon can be used either by someone in the passenger position or someone in the rear of the vehicle. The second armament point is located directly to the front of the passenger position. This can mount either a machine gun (7.62 or 12.7mm) or a grenade launcher.

Armor for the M-11A1 is provided by heavy steel and extensive use of composites including ceramics which allow the main body of the M-11A1 to deflect small arms rounds. Ceramic and steel plates can be added to provide protection against most heavier machine guns and rocket propelled grenades.
This vehicle can carry up to a total of seven infantrymen (including driver and gunner that operates the roll-cage mounted weapon).

M-11A2 Fast Attack Vehicle
The M-11A2 was built to meet the specifications of a fast attack vehicle in this new Soviet Bloc military. In order to do so, it had to be fast, maneuverable, resilient, hardy, and pack a punch. To make this machine fast, top engineers on the team decided to not go with the electric drive of the M-11A1 but instead with a more trustworthy mechanical transmission. This was coupled with the Dat' Pizdy Corporation-built MHD-E4 redundant 260 horsepower (at 3200 RPM), V8 diesel engine with 6.2 liters of displacement. This diesel engine was built to survive and it can. In order to survive the harsh climate of combat, the M-11A2's engine was built simply with less parts that can be harmed or that can malfunction. Since its a diesel, it is started using compression, however, a crank system is in place to start the vehicle in the event the starter, ignition, or any other electrical ignition component is destroyed. This also allows it to start even after it has been hit with any sort of EMP. Also, to allow it to start in the winter time, it is outfitted with glow plugs (which warm the diesel) and a block heater that can be either plugged in for power, or when its out on the front, rely on its own battery power (it uses power from a battery pack that stores energy generated from the brakes when braking as well as some from the engine). Access to the engine is easy and most panels fold away to allow access to it.
The M-11A2 stands taller than its counterpart and is also a bit bulkier. It maintains up to four armament points including one located atop the roll-cage, one at the passenger seat position (on the hood of the vehicle), one along the passenger door position, and a movable pivot joint that can lock into any of five positions (four located in the rear end and one located on the roll cage, above the driver. Machine guns and grenade launchers can be used on this design. This version can also mount ATGM or TOW launchers on the reinforced armament point located on the roll-cage.
Its armor is slightly better than the M-11A1s but is none-the-less similar.
The M-11A2 can carry up to six infantrymen (including 4 gunners and driver)

Standard on Both Variants
Hard-Body add-ons including doors, roof, rear window, front window, side windows, etc.
High-Power Halogen Flood Lights for temporarily blinding opponents
Central Tire Pressure System- Allows for the automatic and continuous reinflation of a flat tire. Also allows for tire pressures to be varied for increased traction, surface area, pressure, etc.
All steel, reinforced rims- Allows the M-11 to run on a flat tire or with no tire at all.
Front and Rear Heavy Duty self-recovery winches
Towbar for towing any trailer
All-Wheel Drive- To allow for unsurpassed traction and controllability
All-Wheel Steering- To allow for unsurpassed maneuvaribility and stability.
Re-Positionable Suspension System- Allows for the vehicle's suspension to be altered to keep it stable on slopes and also allows it to vary ground clearance and vehicle height, making it possible for this to fit into a helicopter. This system also allows for the vehicle wheel-base to be increased or decreased (wheels expanded outwards or inwards)
Reinforced frame
Bulletproof windows (when equipped)
Radar, laser, and missile warning systems.
Chaff deployment system
Arched Underside- Aids in mine resistance, also allows for easy obstacle crossing.
Fully Amphibious with a single multi-positionable SB-WJLV-35 waterjet capable of propelling the M-11 to about 12 knots in the water. Also, bilge pumps.
Fully aluminum body with flotational aids to allow for the vehicle to float in the water
Connection points for lap top computers, GPS systems, radio systems, command and control systems, etc.

Denied. You copied our vehicle without our express consent and therefore, we will not sell any of these vehicles to your nation.

We will consider selling you production rights(not sale meaning you cannot sell them) as well as modification rights (you can modify them to your heart's desire, but not sell them) if, and only if, you stop selling your vehicle based off of the M-11 base vehicle's chassis and either delete the thread or rename it (such as your variant of the M-11 for informational purposes).

The IV-M1 has been removed from the market and will not be sold. However, since it IS based off of your model, YOU may purchse them if you choose to do so.

The Czecho government has noticed the little controversy with the M-11A1 and the IV-M1 Insertion Vehicles. We have thought of a solution for both nations, and benefit Czecholoski as well. The Czecho government is interested in purchasing the IV-M1, but sees that it is restricted. What our government is proposing is that Soviet Bloc purchase the vehicle from Ameremont and then resell it to Czecholoski at a higher price than it purchsed for. Soviet Block and Ameremont will both make money and the Czech military will be supplied with a new vehicle. How does that sound?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is the only solution we can think of here, in our nation. There must be some way there can be a compromise to benefit all three nations.

First off, I will not purchase the rights to a vehicle that was copied from our own.

Well, the IV-M1 vehicle was designed off of our vehicle. We did not sell you any rights to modify this vehicle, however, we will sell you modification and production rights (meaning you can keep your variation and produce as many as you want) for $1 billion USD.

Due to the conditions, Czecholoski, we will sell you M-11A1 or M-11A2 vehicles for a reduced price. We will not sell his design (even though we could).
