OOC: I joined this alliance for OOC reasons. Its a group of countries that share the same views that I do. Mostly I wanted to be in here so I could be recognized as one of the many great conservative countries. We would also like to remain your allies and we do still support you in all endeavours although I hope a war never happens between you and Kahta.

OOC: This is an alliance for IC reasons. I'm a left leaning moderate very opposed to President Bush. You can still be a member if you want though.

May we remind you, Kahta, that this "Conservative Alliance" (which was translated as "Konservativebündnis") violates the Meridian Agreement. If you continue to partake in this, you will cease to be a member of the Meridian Pact.

I would take into account what effect this would have on your eastern FPC provinces and Caelta, considering they would no longer be virtual protectorates of either North or South Attica.

Yeah, Liberal-Imperialist. There is a distinction. You see a Liberal-Imperialist is a cross between the left and the right, incorporating (in my opinion anyway) the best parts of both. Citizens living in a Liberal-Imperial nation or it's protectorates etc are treated extremely well and it is of course a political party rather than a dictatorship. However a Liberal-Imperialist party also gives business a strong say in government improving the economy. It also supports a strong military and colonies abroad. Basically it's Liberalism without all the annoying "guns are bad" hippyish rubbish that you seem to be targetting.

Well I have a considerable defence budget, most of which goes to the navy and several over seas possesions, including Neo-Praetonia, Segmentum Praetonialis and the Falkland Island in Earth II.

Liberal-Imperialism sound like our Conservative Party, except that it's more isolationist in terms of mainly having regional interests. The Libertarian Party is much more hands off domestic policy, and is more extraregional in foreign policy. The Presidency and Senate Majority are Libertarian.

This alliace has been disbanded due to conditions in the peace treaty.
