NS START (Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty) Programs

In the 1990’s, America and Russia signed the START agreements that in turn meant the reduction of nuclear missile stockpiles and ICBM’s on both sides. START 2 was the beginning of dismantling the warheads and the beginning of a life long relationship between the two former enemies.

After looking things going around internationally revolving around nuclear missiles and deterrent, things are getting out of control. Many nations are increasing their stockpiles of missiles (nuclear or not) for no apparent reason. The increased likelihood a nuclear accident occurring when nuclear missiles are launched at potential targets or and accident occurring at a silo, could bring widespread devastation to a nation and the environment.

Stevid is now enacting a START program for all nations with nuclear capability (Including Stevid). Nations don’t have to join in this START program, but all nations are urged to reduce missile stockpiles by at least 10%. All those nations who do not agree, then at least reduce stockpiles to a more reasonable amount.

As I said before, nations don’t have to join.

Here’s how it will go.

START 1: All those Nations who want to be a part of the START program, please list themselves and the amount nuclear/ biological/ hydrogen e.t.c missiles they intend to dismantle.

START 2: The actual dismantling of missiles and nuclear warheads.
