-The North Borneo Company reserves the right to cancel trade lines at any given time for any given reason.
-The North Borneo Company reserves the right to impose a blockade, military or civic upon any sovereign nations vessels that pass through South East Asian seas at any given time.
-The North Borneo Company reserves the right to use its eight-division garrison to impose martial law upon the peoples of CSEA.
-The North Borneo Company reserves the right to use its eight-division garrison to operate peace-keeping operations throughout Asia.
-The North Borneo Company reserves the right to use its two Destroyer Squadrons to police and patrol South East Asian seas.
-The North Borneo Company does not reserve the right to declare a state of war against any sovereign nation.
-The North Borneo Company does not have the right to secede all or any of its colonies as a sovereign nation or breakoff CSEA as a sovereign nation/region.
