The city was full of activity. Caravans from all over the vast empire came by land, sea, air, and even from space. Already nearly 400,000 slaves had entered the city. 700,000 Imperial Soldiers guarded the city, remembering how so many slave markets past had errupted into Anarchy, where the hundreds of thousands of slaves rebelled againt maybe 5,000 guards. That would not happen here. The guns were in lethal mode. The slave owners may get angry if their slaves are killed, but not for long. Besides, they're only slaves.

Meanwhile, on the Imperial Balcony overlooking the main plaza, the Emperor walked out to see his people. Once he was spotted, the crowds went WILD. They cheered for 5 minutes, and stopped as soon as he opened his mouth. After the crowd had quieted down entirely, the Emperor spoke. "Citizens of the Empire, people from abroad, welcome to the Imperial Slave market. This will be one of the largest slave markets in history, and we have cnfirmed already over 2 million slaves will be here by tommorrow. Estimates go up as high as 5 million slaves will be here in all. And with no futher delay, the slave markt is OPEN!" Amid the cheers of the citizens, the Emperor took his elevator quikly up to the highest tower in the city, which was on top of the palace, and rung the Victory bell, a massive bell that could be heard for miles. He struck three times, and then went back down. The Slave market had commensed.

Here are the slave types that are currently for sale by the Imperial Slave Council:

Highlanders: Costs $30,000 apiece
Good: cheap, strong, fierce, can hunt for themselves.
Bad: Only live for 30 or so years, rebellious, short(only around 5 feet tall).

Minmatar: Cost $70,000 apiece.
Good: Last long, good miners, tough skin, make good soldiers, relatively strong, cheap to maintain.
Bad: Rebel alot, have rituals steeped in culture, speak a differrent language.

Narquars: Cost $125,000 apiece
Good: Intelligent, submissive, good teachers, excellent engineers, can speak 30 languages from birth, live for 170 years.
BAd: a bit brittle, expensive to maintain, they dont rebel but they wont work unless given some basic freedoms.

Xagonians: Cost $500,000 apiece
Good. Intelligent, submissive, strong, live for 500 years, can work till they die, excelent builders, engineers, weapon designers, Loyal, can maintain themselves, can build their own shelter and weapons to defend themselves, never rebel, can live in any environment(even underwater), can speak 127 languages from birth, can work from the age of 3 as well as a 20 year old human and by the age of 100(their equivalent for age 20), they can work as well as 30 twenty year old humans.
Bad: There are only 100,000 left in the world, whenever they stumble upon a piece of their ancient culture they will build a city around the place, can have a child only every 10 years.

The Empire is not a barbaric nation. Your nation may feel it has the advantage, but many countries have invaded out land. Most of them much larger than us. And everytime, save one, they have been swept from the field in a bloody defeat on their part. The only Nation that has ever defeated was, as stated before, much larger than us. Millions of enemy soldiers have died on the fields of my country, thinking that we would be an easy target. I would not wish to add my name to the list.

My nation is extremely rich (my country description says so) and we have been involved in many wars. Im not a n00b like you think, and im not god-modding. Ive been playing thiis game for 3 months, and while that may not seem like alot to you, i am highly respected (by most people who know me). The Holy Republic of Camel Eaters would like to begin selling some slaves.

Deserters- These people are tough and mostly brownish or gray many of them are incredibly strong and there language is remarkably easy to learn. Their average lifespan is about 80 or so years. They are magnificent warriors but most are happiest working in soil or with children. Remember these people are extremely happy after a day of hard work. They are 200 camel teeth apiece.
