Today, Kane Gurloukivich approved of what will revolute the nation today known as Neo-Wu. When approved, Kane had realized that what was being approached would be something irreversible, and hoped that it would intensify the impact that Neo-Wu has on today’s world; which is exactly what his goal is. But then again, if this went the wrong way, Kane knew that what was being done is for the better of the world, and for Neo-Wu.
The plan enacted would fortify Neo-Wu’s intimidation on nations wishing harm to Neo-Wu, therefore rendering Kane into a pivotal point, regarding the entire nation. Kane, as the wise man that he is, knows that what he is doing is to decrease crimes on the nation of Neo-Wu, from foreign areas.

Construction began today on the massive underground compound, what will take place in the compound, is atrocious acts of justice, for the people brought into the underground compound, and was there for reasons of major wrong-doings upon Neo-Wu. The compound dubbed, ‘The Anguish’ is for criminals set forth by other nations to bring harm into the way of Neo-Wu. The many foiled attempts will be dealt with in this compound. Any leader of an organization, or nation, that wills harm upon us, will be taken captive, and sent to this compound where within he will be tortured to his last breath, and then if possible, revived, to further punish the captive.

As the construction of the compound had been completed, to decipher the actions of the underground compound, a conference was held.
A summary
The Anguish consists of to underground levels, also is concealed from any view from above ground. You could be walking over it and not even know, as the entrance is in a nearby building, posed as an everyday business. It has 30 rooms located on each floor, the first floor being considered the lightest of treatments. Torturing acts such as; tying down the offender and gluing the eyes open, and then pouring salt into the eyes, and simultaneously using a wire brush attached to a grinder, to scratch the wrongdoer’s chest and legs, a no-end suffering to be delivered.
The second floor is much more vicious, as the nation of Neo-Wu really shows its teeth. It is ten times as worse, were as the first floor provides a much quicker death, the second floor is for major offenders to suffer much longer. The second floor obtains treatments along the line of; suspending the person from hooks, that were placed in the body, without the necessary desterilizing practices. Then hung from the hooks and lifted up by a platform directly under the offender to remind him what relief from pain feels, only to be dropped and suspended again and again. Until finally the skin gives up and tears away any local epidemic element. Once that is over, the individual will then be set down, and salt will be poured, covering any wounds stinging the life out of the person.
That is not even the beginning of what will happen to the offender of the new line of rules. But we wish not to disclose any information to any nations that can not be trusted.
