A spokesman for the Zarahemla council of the Elders addresses Goobergunchian Allanea:

"In light of Goobergunchia's frank disgust of all Allaneans, and our open arms to their refugees, we taken the liberty upon ourselves to send a number of Transport vessels to Goobergunchian Allanean. These vessels will arrive in 72 hours, and we ask that any Allaneans who wish to leave their shattered homes behind and begin anew on a rich planet far from the Sol system to board our vessels. You may bring whatever you want with you, there is plenty of room. And we can take as many as want to come.

But I will not lie to you, when you reach Zarahemla, you will have to build your own civilization on our planet. There will be no buildings, only what you bring with you, and limitless land for you to till and grow upon. Our planet has the resources for any level of civilization. And even though you will be far away, you will be on the same planet as the Capsule Corporation, who would be more than willing to ferry your people back and forth to Sol as they please.

Please consider our offer, for Goobergunchia will allow us to accept you without trouble. You have 72 hours to pack your things.

This message will repeat every couple of hours, and please tell your friends and family.

Official Announcement by the Allanean President

Friends, citizens, Allaneans!
I am not mistaken. I have called you 'citizens' and 'Allaneans', for I know you are neither 'subjects' nor 'goobergunchians'. Today, I ask for you to do something I know you wish to do. Abandon the ruins. Abandon the slavery. Go forth into a new world where you shall be free. Go forth into a world where you shall prosper. Go forth into a world where you might even be able to help your oppressed borthers.
Onwards, to Zarahembla, to a lifetime of opportunity! Onwards, to Zarahembla, to the opportunity of a lifetime!

The Liberal Unitary Republic does not recognize any geographic entity under the name of "Goobergunchian Allanea". We will proceed under the assumption that the Zarahemlan spokesman is referring to -The Prophet-, a Goobergunchian autonomous region held by Allanea for many years.

Goobergunchia will permit the landing of these transport vessels in -The Prophet-. We must caution emigrants, however, that Allanean nationals that leave (like any Allanean national) will be forbidden to return to Goobergunchian territory without a Writ of Entry signed by myself personally - a writ that will be difficult to obtain.

As hundreds and thousands of disheveled, hungry refugees file on into the Zarahemlan craft, one of them turns around and spits. "Do they really think we'd want to live here, now?"

OOC: Sorry, Allanea, in all his wisdom, forgot to provide me with a better title. That is what I meant.

William Jefferson Kerensky, the governor of Nova-Texas, smiled as he looked down at was to become his new home. He had made the choice between being impoverished and oppressed and wealthy and free. Sure, he felt depressed when he thought of the remaining under FSP authority, but, then again, Nova Texas was the only way he could ever have a chance of helping them.

As the ships descnded onto Zarahemla, Kerensky sipped on his wine. This was going to be great. He hugged Anastasia, his lover.

“What are you going to call the first city, dearest?” she murmured.

“New-Dallas, of course” he answered as he kissed the woman who was to become his wife.

Things were turning out rather well, he thought.

As the Allaneans land and begin their new nation, hundreds of thousands of Zarans make their way over to Nova Texas to help with construction of their new cities. Prefabricated Houses and apartment complexes are shipped over by the thousands, and within a week cheap housing is available to all who can afford it. Many of the housings have actually been donated by the larger corporations, and will go to those who can not afford to purchase them.

Farming and mining equipment has been manufactured for them, and is available upon request (to be purchased of course, not free)
