Due to the absence of nazi weaponised virus notquiteaplace has now got a lot less funding for its vaccine program.
We previously had a mutual co operation pact with NWV in which they sent funds to me and a few scientists, as well as samples of any viruses they had found that we had not, and we produced lots of vaccines. Our annual funding for this project is $56bn and rises by $1bn most years.
We have produced results exceeding anything any other nation has achieved in our long running program (it has run for a 3 month RL period now, funding started at $20bn per year with $1trillion as a gift to start it, but as our budget grew we created a funding ecalator) we have even created our own IG virus vaccine (after 10 years) and Kali heammoraggic(sp) vaccine (after 15 years) Progress has slowed and we need more funding and more samples.
Anyway, after you join your fund will go towards improving our advanced vaccines. If you contribute virus samples we cant get, we will provide you with the molecule design or sample of the vaccine (if it is viral like BCG) when a series of breakthroughs are made (OOC: every couple of weeks i increase the sucess rate of existing vaccine) and add any new vaccines and Tg you the result, which will be followed by delivery of the vaccines.
I am looking for nations who are willing to contribute several billion dollars per year to this project and any obscure virus samples you find (OOC: ones ive never heard of). Also to write the details of how these come about down somewhere, and nations with good spy networks to attain viruses that arent for sale would be most valuable as we dont want to get our hands dirty (and OOC: im not good for the details) which makes you most valuable.
We do not make weapons and do not sell them. But anyone i co-operate with is free to place them on your storefronts. Preferably id like someone who will work out the fine details (as NWV did) of the vaccine (OOC: he posted the way it worked and was administered) as im not too good at this (i just assume that given time and a stupidly big budget most vaccines are possible)
