Praetonian Diplomacy Thread

Praetonia is now opening the Praetonian Embassy Exchange Program! The program guidelines are as follows:

1) Your embassy in Praetonia will be located in Embassy Square. A picturesque and highly secure comound in the centre of our Capitol. It is but 100m from our Houses of Parliament.

2) Your embassy is the sovereign territory of your nation. Ours is the sovereign territory of Praetonia.

3) You may station up to 50 troops in your embassy. They may not leave the embassy armed without permission. You may not keep vehicles or aircraft in your embassy unless otherwise stated. You may not store heavy weapons in your embassy.

4) You may keep up to two helicopters in your embassy, neither of which may be armed.

5) You may keep up to four vehicles in your embassy. None of them may be armed.

6) Your embassy staff will enjoy diplomatic immunity whilst in Praetonia.

7) In the event of nuclear war or bombing in Praetonia, your embassy staff and guard may be moved to Praetonian nuclear bunkers if they so wish.

8) If you do not wish to provide your embassy with an armed guard you may request a Praetonian garrison.

If you wish to further diplomatic relations, set up a state visit or conference, set up a military base or enter into an alliance with Praetonia then please post below and something can, of course, be arranged depending on individual circumstances.

Embassy rules in wwa -

You will be provided with a large 10 storey building, (two storeys underground), a car park, 4 heli pads and security gates in a large, beautiful sector of the capitol called Diplomatic row.

Your Embassy is your jurasdiction.

You are allowed 4 helicopters, one combat helicopter and three un-armed helicopters.

You are allowed 20 diplomatic vehicles, 2 armoured, 3 lightly armed (i.e humvee with .50cal) and 18 unarmed vehicles of your choice.

You are allowed 150 armed troops in the embassy, no armed troops will leave the complex without our permission.

You are also given space on our nearest airport for three diplomatic (un-armed) aeroplanes.

If you do not like any of the above rules, please state and we can negotiate.

First, Praetonia is a fellow distinguished OMP member as well as a CAP member in the distant future, so good communications between our two countries are vital to future cooperation. I therefore request the establishment of an Al-Sabiri embassy at the Embassy Square. Praetonia is invited to do the same within our borders, your embassy would be located at the famous Embassy Row, accompanied by a small number of embassies of our trusted allies and trade partners. Your embassy would be subject to the same rules also employed by you at the Al-Sabiri Embassy.

Second, the Al-Sabiri Navy would be interested in leasing a joint naval/air force base on your territory for an unknown period of time to serve as a forward striking base to empower global reach capacities.

Id exchange embassies, you be in a safe area close to our government,but in view of the nicest part of our capital city (also called notquiteaplace, as our history is like Rome's only with more co operating and trading and less fighting) It would be within three miles mile of all historic and cultural sites of interest in our city and is close to the railway station which has regular (every 10-30 minutes 24/7) services to our international airport, and only a 10 minute journey time.

We would also offer free trade agreements with you. As a sign of trust and mutual co operation to further our economic strength.

We will send our diplomat and a two body guards (botjh of whom ex special ops troops) as well as five standard NQP troops for standard guard duties. First, Ambasssador Mohammed El Kadi, previously assigned to the Ministry of Defense, his small staff and a garrison of thirty Marines will lodge in as soon as possible. An Aston Martin DB7, a Bugatti Veyron, two HMWWVs and two VH-24B VIP helicopters will reside inside the Embassy complex for personal transport of the Ambassador and his personnel.

Second, a Praetonian naval station, to be named Tinker Beach, within our boundaries will be located on the Arabian Peninsula, adjacent to the Red Sea. Incorporating a small airfield, extensive naval facilities, as deepened mooring stations, cargo cranes, substantial storage facilities and four medium drydocks, and barracks for up to 20,000 men and women, this naval post will be the largest foreign military stations ever to reside within our partitions.

Third, an Al-Sabirian base in Praetonia, to be named Oak Hill, will be situated north-west of Praextremis, sited at the yellow-marked area, embodying the same provisions featured at Tinker Beach, and will be garrisoned by the 19th Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing, the 47th Missile Corvette Squadron, the 49th Multirole Corvette Squadron and the 68th Combat Logistics Squadron as well as shore support personnel.

The Commonwealth of Saint Fedski wishes to be a part of this by establishing an embassy in Praetonia and by welcoming a Praetonian embassy in Republic of New McFarland. 1) The embassy complex is the sovereign territory of The Democratic Imperium of Praetonia.

2) Armed vehicles or helicopters are prohibited unless granted special permission.

3) There is no imunity. If a crime is committed on the soil of the Commonwealth, the offender, no matter who they are, what they are, or where they are from, will be brought to justice.

4) The Ambassador has the right to speak directly with the Chairwoman and any other cabinet member. They will do the best to accomdate, as soon as possible.
