The Federation of Melkislov has declared a state of war against Dumpsterdam.The War began with multiple air strikes throughout the country
including the capital city on Monday.There after,the President of Melkislov,
Alexander Nemerov,issued a declaration of war and ordered that the defensive
posture be raised to Defcon 2.Nemerov and his staff which included Chairman
of The Joint Chiefs of Staff Landon Scott and Army General Jordan Barker concluded that a non-nuclear,conventional strike would be a measurative,strong, response.Airstrikes continue against the capital
city and parts of the country every day.Command structures,government
offices,military forces,and urban and economic centers are prime targets.
In the last strike,Nemerov ordered that one-third of Dumpsterdam's capital
city be destroyed.New weapons are being used in the strike,heat rays,plasma,
and lasers.All of these have met with success.No weapons of mass destruction will be used.The President has ordered that no WMD's will be used.

The Pure Democracy of Jarridia hereby stands with it ally Melkisov in the effort to re-establish peace with the belligerent nation of Dumpsterdam. Jarridia exercises the right of armed conflict, and will fulfill its stance against Dumpsterdam. We do, however, wish to avoid a prolonged conflict, so we hereby offer this ultimatum.

Dumpsterdam shall stand down all immediate military units and actions against Melkisov and its allies. They will immediately withdraw these forces from any recieved land, and shall pay reparations to the nations they have waged war upon. The nation of Dumpsterdam, already at TATLAS 2 defence status has now been raised to TATLAS 1 and is preparing even more defences to counter any intrusion of its waters or soil. Civilians are being escorted away into safe bunkers, DRN fleets are put on full defence status, airpatrols are increased, more troops man the seawalls and the entire defence grid goes online. The nation of Dumpsterdam is a island fortress together with the soveriegn nation of the Mexica Union and we shall defend our home against this random act of Imperialisme.

Oh and if you find us a threat to world peace, deliver proof before you randomly invade someone and lure in allies by spreading lies.

Actually. What Dumpsterdam did was a good thing. If a nation is allowed to sell WMD's to any nation that it likes to...then terrorists could easily get their hands on them. Seeing the true light of the situation, and my understanding that my ally Credonia is possibly joining against me, I have no choice but to retract my stance against Dumpsterdam,

No declaration of war has been made by the nation of Dumpsterdam, only when preparing to invade a nation ourselfs or the event of enemy troops enter our national waters shall one be issued. Therefor there is nothing to withdraw and no cease fire to be signed since no actual hostilities ensued out of this....disturbance

The Most Glorious Sultan of Bilat al Sham considers this as a renewed act of aggression against Dumperstan.
If our friends in Dumperstan wish, we will send 5 units of our Special Forces (= 50 men) for help. These units are especially trained for hostage liberation and sabotage but are also very effective in combat :sniper: .

The other side stayed quiet for a while. "The bastards are making they're first moves I see, a extra wing of Jackrabbit interceptors is being launched and missles batteries are online."

Meanwhile a flight of Jackrabbit passed over the Malas peninsula containing port Malas and noticed a black chopper trying to put off troops in the port.
Wingleader Jackson contacted Tallarn Naval Station. "Tallarn this is Eagle, enemy has been spotted and we are moving in to neutralize." As he pushed his plane into a dive he got a reply. "Eagle this is Tallarn you are cleared for engagement, fire at will." Jackson and his two wingmates released two AAM missles each while the rest of the wing flew overhead.

Panic broke loose and nine men were still in the helicopter when the helicopter exploded. One soldier fell to his death but five survived, cold in mind they only thought of their mission. They sneaked to the main building, trying to be as unnoticed as possible. Only one thing on the mission had changed. Now weapons were loaded just to make the mission succeed and make the voice of Tottobacco heard.

thank you, we have landed and are refueling all our planes. Once that is done we will send them on patrols around the Island. If at any point they arer threatened then they will go and attack the ones who do the threatening. I hope that is clear.

He has informed me that they have spotted the wake of the Credonian ships and is following it to the country of tatoo. Once there we will plan our invasion and will destroy tatoo.

50 Men of the 1st SK Company "Black Eagle" left today towards the Constitutional Monarchy of Dumpsterdam. They are travelling in two unarmed UH-90 Helicopters which are escorted by two of our newly Eagle Helicopters.

Credonian Naval Fleet, International Waters, Destination: Tatoo; CNS Tripoli

On the bridge of the CNS Tripoli, Admiral Andrew Jameson stood looking out at the vast expanse of ocean that lay ahead of his fleet. He soon got bored and headed for the comms room to see if any transmissions had come. When he arrived, he was informed there were none and turned to leave. Just as he begin to walk out, a signal came in and the teletype began typing away at the incoming message. WHen the typing stopped, the senior comms officer ripped the message off of the printer read it, and relayed the information.

"Sir, War HQ is informing us that aircraft from Sanctaphrax will be rendezvousing with us and using our carriers for their ops."

"Alright, does it say how many aircraft are coming?"

"No sir."

"Find that out then"

"Yes sir. I'll get back to you asap"

The comms officer tries to make contact with Sanctaphrax to ask for the number of aircraft headed towards the fleet. The admiral walked away, back up to the bridge to watch over his fleet.

Another BlueOps aproached with a modified Steyr and tapped Aras on the shoulder. "We spotted them, the chopper is downed in Victory Plaza and I could clearly see 5 survivors could be more." Aras nodded, "Move out, take half of the ASS with you and circle them from the Dalas Lane, we shall make the other pincer movement and trap them in the station." The two men walked off, each with one BO and 15 ASS, the rest would give suppressing fire from the townhall so that the encirlement could be made.

The squad leader both heard and saw movement behind his soldiers. He gave them a sign to take cover. "If they open fire against me, fire back for your lives." The troop took cover in different places around the building and when the squad leader, Chi Minh, saw everyone had good cover he put down his weapons and made himself clear and very vulnerable against enemy fire to the enemys fire. He raised his hands above his head and spoke out loud and clear.

"I am General Jack Kitching, ASS Death Head legion, Caommander. Who do I have the honour of speaking to? Step forth without fear as under the flag of Parley no Austian will fire."

The man took a step forward and his arms slowly fell down from his head.

"The name is Chi Minh, leader of this squad. There seem to have been some missunderstanding. We arrived here as an peaceful ally to Meliskov. Our mission was to keep Meliskov forces safe and also the civilians of Dumpsterdam. We came in peace and suddently all weapons has been pointed against us. Nine brave soldiers has already been killed even though we have not fired a single bullet."

Aras shouted back. "You have entered Dumpsterdanian airspace without permission and where shot down, the fact that you wear uniforms guarantees me you are not spies. I am giving you one change to lay down your weapons and surrender, you will be treated in accords with the geneve convention. You are completely surrounded and have no change watsoever." He picked up the phone quickly and ordered Tallarn Naval Station to begin blocking of all non DAF, DRN and DRA frequencies.

Tallarn Naval Station.

"Sir, we have confirmed that the chopper came from the fleet outside our waters. The Emperor has ordered a massive counterattack on all fronts, we are cleared to engage enemy vessles at will." The ensign reported, but this time to a major general called Talas.
Talas nodded in aproval, "Prepare all DRN warships, initiate TATLAS 1 defence status and active the coastal defences." 20 minutes later a general alarm was sounded.

All crews to battlestations, we have TATLAS 1 defence status, this is NOT a drill. Lights in the barracks where switched on as pilots hurried towards there aircraft and soldiers manned the positions on the coastal defences. In the port itself large DRN formations where preparing to depart and the same was happening in ports in the north of the country.

Tottobacco, you have clearly violated the sovereignity of our nation with intent and for this we must repay in kind. Citizens of Dumpsterdam, last night a helicopter from the Tottobacco navy tried to put down a special forces team in Port Malas intent on seizing its commercial radio station. These where detected and neutralized and wether there are prisoners is unsure, but now you will ask me "How do you know that these troops came from Tottobacco?". Simple, this letter from there goverment proclaiming that they are deploying "peace keeping" forces to our country without our content. This gives me no other change but then to declare an all out war on the nation of Tottobacco and whoever dares to support them.

The General turned on Aras angryly, "There will be no shooting till I give the order. We are under the flag of Parley and it would break my honour if you did so. I also must remind you that i also outrank you."

He aproched the man and said in a low voice, "My adivice is that you surrender to us, the Austians. I balive that you came here with good intentions, and that it is all a mix up. However, I think that the men from Dumpsterdam would be less understanding and honourable. Wil you give me your sword? I can have a parole written out soon.

I do happen to be Major General in the BO special forces, infact I am the ranking officer of the organisation." Aras turned around to his second, Ulas and took the comm link from his back. "This is Blue 1, austian special forces are preventing us from taken the remaining enemies prisoner." General Major Talas responded. "Hold on Blue 1, the garrison is reporting that it is moving several APC's full of troops to the town." Aras put the phone down again and looked at the Tottobacco troops, "I still wait for your surrender." He said.

Chi Minh bowed in respect for Kitching when he now understood this was a man of honor.
"If you call this surrender, then I will. We want no more bloodshed and I think I can trust you. If I can have your word no more Tottobacco lives will be lost here, then I will give you my sword and surrender to you, General Jack Kitching."

At the same time the Tottobacco goverment answered Dumpsterdam shortly.
Our forces will be withdrawn as we now know you do not want peace in your nation.

"Soon as the ASS stops trying to intervene." Aras coughed and the officer looked to the foreign troopers. "If I'm correct they have no say over our prisoners of war." "True." Aras walked over to the ASS and the prisoners. "The POW's are to be taken away to Tallarn Naval Station for questioning, the Geneve convention will protect you at all times and after this conflict is over you will be released."

Gulf of Mexica(east of dumpsterdam)

Aboard the DRN Ulatasters Revenge:
"All ships prepare to engage the enemy, long range missles are to be fired at the maximum distance and then to retreat back under the cover of the coastal defences." Admiral Ulas(he has one son and a daughter, both are used in my RP's) read the message from DRN headquarters and ordered his strikeforce to prepare for a long range misslestrike on the fleeing enemy fleet.

His strikeforce was not to big, but large enough to do enough damage:

4 Ticonderage class missle cruiser.
5 Karel Doorman class frigates.

The admiral got a message confirming that the missles had been primed and readied for launch. "May god have mercy on there souls, deactivate stealth mode and fire, when all the racks are empty head back to the coast at maximum speed." A message came back from his ship captains, they would launch there missles and return to base.
"Launch!" At his command 40 Boeing Harpoon missles where launched, one after the other, his misslecruisers also opend fire with over 60 tomahawk missles all speeding at their main targets: the aircraft carriers.
The ships broke formation and sped away towards the coastal defences.

As Dumpsterdam began to fire his missiles towards th enemy ships, Credonian naval and ground forces (onboard troop ships) caught sight of them and the hellstorm that was about to hit tatoo's naval forces.

"Holy shit! Lets not get to close" exclaimes the Admiral onboard CNS Tripoli

Credonian naval ships would wait and see if the enemy carriers are sunken before engaging them, but almst immediatly, a message is sent out to the DRN.

"Yes, sir." The man handed across a peice of paper. Jack went back to Chi Minh and said to him. "This is your parole, it says," He raised his voice for the benefit of Aras

I, Chi Minh, surrender myself and my forces to The Royal Austian Deaths Head Legion of the Aust Special Services. I did so under my free will, and swear not to raise a weapon or do anything against Aust or there allies until I am exchanged for a prisinor of equal rank, or this war ends.

I put myself under the protection of Aust and I shall do whatever they may tell me too. Signed ............

"Put your name there." Jack told the man. "Once you do that I shall hand you your sword and I will also have to hand you as a prisior of war to our allies. The goverment of Dumpsterdam is willing to sign a peace treaty with both Adalan and Melkislov and is sending both goverments a copy of it. But several payments must be made for troops mobilisation and such.

A brief encrypted reply was sent back to Aust:

"Credonian forces are alreadyreaching the coast of Tatoo. No opposing naval forces have been spotted, and any that are will be sunk on sight. We will begin offensive operations shortly."

Meanwhile, the seas around tatoo were scanned. Overhead satellites took photo's of the enemy nation and plotted all enemy troops in the sea and on the ground. Credonia was now ready to begin the offensive.

In almost perfect unison, 3 Credonian Los Angeles Class SSN's armed and launched a total of 60 supersonic tomahawk cruise missiles (20 per submarine, each sub carries 26 tomahawks). Three from each sub were armed with high power EMP warheads with an electronic destruction range of 20 miles. They would be the last to strike the targets. The missiles raced towards their targets (military installations, city infrastructure: power plants, oil refineries, manufacturing plants, government buildings). ETA: about 5 minutes. The EMP's would strike seconds after, and the center of the enemy capital city would be hit with an EMP warhead.

Soon after the missiles were launched, the entire 24th Carrier Division opened up on the coast to engage any coastal defenses that may lie in the way as the Credonian troops massed their amphibeous assault vehicles and made their way across the water to the beach that lay just ahead. The invasion of Tatoo had begun.

Admirl Jameson quickly raced to inform Dumpsterdam that the offensive had commenced and Credonian troops would begin the land invasion shortly.

Back in Dumpsterdam a huge invasion force was being put together, over 300 vessles of all shapes and sizes where ready to set sail. Aboard where 55 divisions consisting of mechanised infantry, tanks, infantry, marines, paratroopers and even a few special forces units.

The taskforce set sail for Tottobacco with even more supply ships preparing to join the fleet at a later time.

The massive 3rd fleet lay off of Tottobacco's coast. They would be the in Safehavens first real war since the civil war ended a few years back and they wanted to show the world Safehaven2 meant business. The ships of the fleet turned their sides and let loose their arsenal of weapons. 1,000 Moskint and 1,000 Yakhont missiles left their tubes and turned over hitting mach speeds as they headed to their targets. They went in to hit Tottobaco's fleets and ports. After those missiles were succesfully away the carriers "fired' their own weapons and soon enough dozens of planes were heading to Tottobacco. Now the ships of the fleet started their bombardment of the coast everything from the battlships big guns to the little 5 inch guns of the destroyers. In the air 30 Rain came in low to bomb any defenses or any SAM sites in the area, while above them 40 Gees interceptors and 40 Falcons hunted down any Tottobacco planes with their long range Pheonix Slayer missiles. Then the first wave of 5,000 men and 123 tanks began to land.

OoC: Err, start a new thread if you want to invade, I'm all confused. And Credonia, Tottobacco only has a very small coast which is patrolled by a huge fleet and hundreads of submarines. You won't reach my region that easily. If you are in Tottobacco waters you will see battleships everywhere. You don't think my goverment has been warned of this attack?

Melkislov, stand down. If one missile so much as comes an inch into Dumpsterdam's air space, or a naval vessel or soldier comes an inch into Dumpsterdam's sovreign territory, you will find 4 million credonian troops breathing down your nations neck, backed by our very own nuclear missiles which cannot be shot down with normal ABM/SDI defences. Test me and you will surely feel the rath of Credonia. We will bring the fight to your back yard and you will regret EVER trying to mess with dumpsterdam, and we will be sure to bring a swift and decisive end to your nation trying to pick fights with nations that are of NO threat to you or your weakling allies.
