The 'Perfect Soldier' program utilises cloning technology and idealogical indoctrination to create the ideal soldier. Strong, tough, intellectual, loyal, and trained to the limit.
The original template for the program was one Gerhardt Straus, a convicted serial murderer serving life imprisonment in the New Hamburg high security prison. He killed twelve business associates over a three year period with his bare hands, and was a professional bare knuckle boxer before that. Straus is of pure Aryan descent, his parents having fled Germany during the last days of the Second World War. His clones will be trained from birth physically, mentally, spiritually and politically to be the ideal Ayran soldier. They will have the best equipment, weaponry and vehicles that the NAS can purchase, and will be instructed in both the physical aspects and the theory of warfare.

The Heckler & Koch UMP-9.

The UMP is a blowback-operated select-fire submachine gun, being fired from the closed bolt. The receiver is made from the polymer, the controls are fully ambidextrous. UMP can be fired in full-auto, in single shots, and in 2 or 3 round bursts (optional). UMP also has bolt hold-open device, which traps the bolt in the open position when the last round from magazine had been fired. UMP has side-folding buttstock and two set of picatinny rails - one on the top of the receiver, and the other - on the forend. These rails can accept wide variety of sighting and other equipment, such as red-dot sights, laser pointers, tactical grips and flashlights. The barrel has quick mount for snap-on silencer.

Due to war being fought at progressively shorter ranges, the NAS feels safe in the low range of the weapon.

Try useing the wombs of genetically engineered host mothers, if you tweak it right you can get ten or even twenty specemins per host with a very olw mortality rate.

We've already made significant progress in the super-soldier program, and the result is our army being 70% genetically/psychologically modified Japanese female. All of them are bred for modern combat. While physical strength is important, several other qualities supercede it, particularly mental clarity in the heat of warfare.

He is criminally insane. He froths at the brain. He is cold, calculating, and holds no value for human life, save his own. One of his most 'useful' traits, however, is that he never, ever gives up. It is his belief that death can be avoided through force of will, and dedicates his all to whatever (Or whoever) he pursues. Our initial subjects respond well to discipline, though. Almost desiring it.

1-If you see (tens of)millions of "soldiers" charging the front line, that would make retreat look favourable to enemy soldiers.
2-Tactics-they are slaves, gun fodder, meat shield, they distract the enemy or tear them to peices.
3-Logistics-I lose a million or so a day from disease caused from a lack of medical care. Either fix yourself or die. Food, eat the dead, black wheat(not too tasty, but easy to grow in, well, the crappiest soil you ever see), stolen food, or starve.
4-Strategy(this, I want some d*** examples, I keep asking, but no one knows)-They are one part of the cog(a massive one, but still one cog) of the skaven warmachine. While your soldiers are takeing the slaves out in droves, the real soldiers will be shooting, massive amounts of tanks advance, artillery rains down, regardless of friendlies, tunnelrs take out enemy artillery and bunkers.
I lack aircraft and navy though, but I have thousands of portable AA stuff, and I'm inland.

Even though we don't like to give helpful advice to evil bastards, we would like to point out that a gun with better armor penetrating qualities may be desired, unless you plan on never encountering body armor.

So shoot them in the legs. Or perhaps we'll simply produce an armour piercing .45 round?

The Government of Foolish Pesants can neither condone or condem your actions, as we have long since completed such a project within our own borders. Should your own project get you your desired results then, kudos to your program. Such advancements have their drawbacks, for one, we are no longer classified as human, a minor setback to be sure though genetic engineering has its own pitfalls.
