The new, young Shogun, Destra was preparing for her first conference with a powerful, and most respected nation. She was scared. How should she act? Should she be bold or compassionate?

"Oh..if only my brother were still alive...he would know what to do.."

Transmission to Neo-Wu:

We will be preparing the conference in the city of Valua, which is a smaller, safer city in the northern part of Euroslavia. Security is no problem here. We request that you send a diplomat to the capital city of Arcadia, and we will transport you to Valua from there.

End Transmission.

While talking to the other men and women that were to prepare the conference...

"This conference must look perfect. We must show our Eastern influence in the conference room. If we can impress them with our culture, then we will most likely have a better chance at forming a respectable alliance with Neo-Wu. Now all of you, go to Valua, and do what I have requested."

Approximately 14 men and women headed to the conference hall in Valua to decorate it, and prepare a feast for Destra and her respective Neo-Wu representative.

Upon acquiring the message from Destra, Gerhard was very pleased to learn that a nation would like to side with the great nation fo Neo-Wu. Gerhard will attend this conference with the utmost respect for the nation fo Neo-Wu.

"Get me on the phone with Kane Gurloukivixch (Emporer of Neo_Wu)" Exclaimed Gerhard.

"Yes, Sir" Was the responce of the underhand clothed in a marine uniform.

(On the phone)

"Kane?"
"Yes what is it"
"We have been invited to a conference with the nation of Euroslavia, regarding allianceship and other trade aggreements. Do you approve of me to attend this conference?"
"Yes, I do. Go do your job."

Gerhard got on the private jet, and immediately headed for Arcadia, capital of Euroslavia. From there he will head to, Valua.

Minister of Foreign Affairs

Destra and her newly appointed Minister of Foreign Relations were inside the throne room, talking...

"My lady, their Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gerhard Schröder, is on his way to Arcadia. He'll arrive soon. We must send out a car to pick him up, along with security cars."

"Yes, take care of that immediately."

The minister began to walk away, but turned back, and looked Destra in her face.

"You look stressed out, my lady. Maybe you should take a quick nap, or do something that'll take that stress away. If they see that you are nervous about the visit, it may look like a weakness. What ever happened to your meditation hour? You really should start that up again, it really helped you out a while ago."

"You're right...I supposed I should meditate, and focus my energy for the task at hand. I must look and feel strong for this conference. An alliance with Neo-Wu is my goal, but there must be terms that both of our nations can be proud to abide by. One nation isn't going to push the other around, at least, I hope so..."

"You're worrying too much Destra....I mean..."

"No, call me Destra. I'm sick of all this formality."

"Yes..my la...I mean, Destra."

There was a moment of laughter between both of them. Destra smiled.

"Now go and take care of the security for the rep. from Neo-Wu. I should be taking off to Valua now."

The Minister left the throne room, while Destra walked to the middle of the room, and began to meditate. She needed to get rid of that stress. Until the guards come to get her, she'll continue to meditate, and think about exactly what to say.

OOC: I just had a good RPing idea for this confernce. I think that while we are on our way to Valua, that we get attacked by another nation. (of course talking to another nation about it previously.) And they attack us, on our way, and neither of us die, but then we think you did it, then we find out somone else did it, we go after them side by side, and then during that we meet again, and we realize that our ties are stronger than ever.

of course that will be in alot more detail.

that would be fine.

just make sure no allies will start to get involved, i do not wish to take out that many nations. (Not that i plan on annexing carpathian states or anything)
