OOC: Since people seem reluctant to join my civil war thread, i'm going to launch this as a sideline RP. It has no bearing on the civil war, nor my country as a whole. Just a bit of fun.

IC:

<Onboard HMS Tiberus, Docked in Atlantica Prime Naval Base>

"Sir. All weapons systems loaded and online. Reactor at 95%, harbour engines waiting to engage. All airlocks closed and sealed. Ship is secure for launch"

"Very good" replied Kevin Horner, sat in the Captains chair, looking over the large bridge in front of him. He had waited years for this moment, taking his first Nightingale to sea. In front of him, the dominating 3D holographic display showed an overlay of their surroundings, taken from data stored in the Tiberus's databank. ALmost every essential station was manned, and his ship was ready. He would teach those ignorant fools not to try and get rid of him by cancelling his ship.

"Helm. Bring the transducers online, prepare to engage when we get clear of the station. Bring harbour engines to 100%, and take us out. Tactical, i want a full sonar picture of the area around us. Prepare starboard batteries to hit the Monitor in her dock. If we can hit the engines, she wont be able to follow us. All hands to battlestations" he continued

The large submarine began to drop quickly, engaging her huge water-jet engines as soon as they were submerged. Inside of two minutes, she had dropped away from her docking port, and was headed for the sea bed, at the bottom of the huge moonpool style docking bay. As she passed her sister ship, the famous Monitor, she released a volley of torpedos, devastating the engines of the first of the Nightingales.

Moments later, the Tiberus passed through the entrance to the moon pool at close to twenty five knots. If she got clear, there would be no stopping her. Two Hunter class corvettes blocked her escape. A volley of six supercavitating torpedos sealed the fate of both ships in seconds. She was clear.

"Helm. Transducers to 100%. All stations, stand by for supercavitation" Horner barked, as orange warning lights began to flash through out the ship. "Set a course of 354 degrees. We'll rendeavous with the rest of the crew at Black Rock Island."

The hull of the ship was slowly coated in bubbles, and she seemed to be accelerating. Then, the transducers really kicked in, and formed a huge supercavitation bubble around the ship. Two huge hydrogen burning engines kicked in, and the Tiberus shot off to the North at over 500 knots.

Be advised, one of our Nightingale class battlecarriers has been hijacked. This vessel will remain a huge threat to all shipping in the Atlantic, and even Pacific Oceans, until it can be recaptured or destroyed. This communication is to be considered a warning, and authorisation to utilise any force necessary to try and stop the Tiberus as quickly as possible.
