Dear Esteemed Fellow Leaders,
We are pleased to announce that we have recently completed the construction of a 40 million NCU hotel/conference centre in our capital city of Neutropolis.
The stylish new complex overlooks the expansive and idyllic Lake Neuter, which was recently judged to be the 'Second Least Polluted Body of Water' in the world.
The Confederacy of Neutral Territories and its President, Leopold Felipe van-der-Bugger, extends its warmest invitations to all nation states to accommodate the conference centre for all discussion purposes that require, shall we say, 'neutral ground'. The centre would make a perfect location for all international and diplomatic talks, including peace talks and treaty negotiations, as well as shady business clique arrangements.
