"Late last night, the hallowed meeting place of Kaufmanstad's legislature was gutted by fire. Congress Hall, seen here, is believed to be the victim of arson. At 4:00 am, about 2 hours after the fire began, the Stuville Police Department recieved an anonymous call from a group calling itself the 'People's Revolutionary Party.' This group addressed itself as a radical, and violent branch of the publicly known Worker's Socialist Party, Kaufmanstad's communist party. The WSP denies any connection to the violent PRP.
After hearing of the fire, Conservative Party leader and Congressman Bill Tanner said 'This just furthers my view that the Communists can not be trusted, we should deport all of them, and break all ties with other Commie nations!'
Most of the evidence, according to the Stuville PD, does point to Communist terrorists. The SPD is asking for help from the Kaufmanstad Bureau of Investigation. President Boudinot has also asked for help from the International community."

This department, under instructions from President Boudinot is sending out the following circular to various foreign governments:

The Congress Hall of the Republic of Kaufmanstad was recently gutted by a fire. A group calling itself the "People's Revolutionary Pary" claims responsibilty for the act. Communist propaganda attributed to this group was found spray-painted on the outside walls of the burnt-out Hall as well as a red banner hastily drapped across a side door.

Any special investigation teams sent to aid our own Investigation Bureau and the Stuville Police Department would be greatly appreciated. World peace may be at stake, as certain sources say an international plot was afoot.

The Inspection team is en-route, we have had problems with terrorists in our Nation before and the team we are sending you is very experienced in that regard. We have launched probes into terrorist attacks into our nation to see whether the attacks were mounted by members of a People's Revolutionary Party cell in out nation.

"We interupt your regular broadcasting to bring you this special news bulletin. Steven Alderman, General Secretary of the Worker's Socialist Party of Kaufmanstad has been arrested. Warrants for other members of Kaufmanstad's Communist Party have also been arrested. President Thomas Boudinot has made it known that Alderman is directly connected to the Congress Hall fire. Alderman addmitted guilt, and said "The revolution is at hand, and Kaufmanstad will be first in a world revolution." Alderman is to be questioned today as to who his accomplices are."

[OOC: I will send you a TG detailing the Liberty and Justice For All (LJFA) organization's plans for your nation and what they will be doing. Since the LJFA is publicly nothing more than the Hadulan Ministry of Truth enforcement agency, the current leader (Colonel David Lani) won't make apublic statement yet. For one thing, he is putting down rebels in New Portugal against the corrupt government of the Dominion (we are going through some regime changes.) Nevertheless, this should be fun. "We again interrupt your regular broadcasting to bring you some startiling news. The People's Revolutionary Party has reared its head. Charles Matthis, the self proclaimed leader of this group has seized the James Hotel, and the Kaufmansburg City Hall.
Matthis and about 500 heavily armed followers occupy these two buildings and are calling for the people to revolt. A riot situation now exists in downtown Kaufmansburg, where the KPD are fighting with over 2000 communists.
President Boudinot is calling out the army to put down this riot and to arrest Matthis.
Matthis claims to be working within a larger, international communist group, and said 'The day of Revolution has come! I hereby proclaim the Workers' Socialist Republic of Kaufmanstad!' and followed this proclamation with a calling to all communist nations to aid him.
President Boudinot has yet to ask for further international aid."
