WHEREAS there are at least two pro-cannabis regions in the world,
AND WHEREAS increased co-operation between these two pro-cannabis regions will help strengthen the pro-cannabis voice in the UN and on the international stage (OOC: Forums),
THEREFORE, we, the members of the Regional Federation of Cannabis Supporting Nations (RFCSN), propose an alliance with 000000000 A Place to Poke Smot.
Terms:
The RFCSN will endorse and support any proposals/resolutions introduced by 000000000 A Place to Poke Smot in the UN, and 000000000 A Place to Poke Smot will endorse and support any proposals/resolutions introduced by the RFCSN in the UN.
The RFCSN will support any actions carried out in the name of 000000000 A Place to Poke Smot, and 000000000 A Place to Poke Smot will support any actions carried out in the name of the RFCSN.
Both of the aforementioned regions will state in their World Factbook entry that they are in alliance with each other.
Members from each of the aforementioned regions will be free to move between the two regions. This will allow a member from one of the aforementioned regions to post freely in the Civil Headquarters of the other region by temporaily moving to that region, without being regarded as spammers.
