HISTORY
The Roman Empire was founded in 763 B.C. by Romulus and Remus. It conquered the known world before being scattered by barbarians. Midway through the nineteenth century, a revolution gave control of much of the Empire's former land back to Italy, while at the same time putting Romulini Spartacini in control of the reborn Empire. It has continued to expand until the present, when it is ruled by Romulini Spartacini V, the Glorious.
CONSTITUTION
1. The Emperor of Rome shall be chosen in hereditary paternal tradition and shall have supreme authority over all aspects of the Grand Roman Empire.
2. He shall choose suitable Ministers from among the pool of potential candidates.
3. The Imperial Armed Forces have a duty to protect the Empire first, the Emperor second, and lastly, the people from internal and external threats. They have a duty to perform public service when not engaged in war, and will protect the Empire from Fascists and Democrats.
4. The Emperor may nullify any of this at any time.
