Guns and bullets are great and all, but there is a more effect form of weaponry that has evolved. The nation of Portuglan has learned that the best way to defeat the authoritarian juggernauts is not to challenge them to a duel, but to use their most precious resource against them. "Thought bomb":
This bomb is purely psychological. Through careful study scientists have discovered that fears can be unlocked if the proper decibel of screams is utilized. The magic of this bomb is it's secondary mechanism. Once the mind shifts into a fear state, a secondary explosion goes off, releasing a technology new to many. The secondary explosion utilizes a hypnotizing effect on the weakened mind. The weakened mind is virtually bombarded with all the joys one cannot experience in an authoritarian state.
