meh if by any chance your terror Cell is a Racest one, the JSNP (Japanese States Nationalist Party) would sneak you in for terror attacks on the Minoritys in my nation, make for a fun RP that or you can (depending on your Goals) attack my nation dont care how you get in aslong as your people swim to japanese States

Admittedly, I haven't read the sticky about RP terrorism because I don't think I'd be able to do it well (even though I RP'd a terror organization once when someone posted an OOC note that they needed someone to RP terrorists). I don't have that particular RP in front of me since it was in my early days in NS, but in it, I gave a detailed list of demands, I had specifics about how I was going to blow up a school, I provided motives, etc.
Your best bet is to contact someone you're interested in RPing with to see if they'll agree to the attack you specify. You might propose a possible motive for attacking the country. For instance, you may see Sarzonia as a country that works actively against your organization's goals by doing something that you don't like.
Ideally, you would develop an IC history with someone before launching an attack, but as long as your RP shows a believeable motive for resentment, it might have a chance to be a good RP.
And, word to the wise: I don't like the use of gay the way you used it in your first post. I'm gay and I find that use of the word offensive.]
