CM to hold naval maneuvers in Gulf of Mexico

CM is inviting the entire League of Empire Loyalists and all of his allies to attend naval maneuvers in the Gulf of Mexico. No reason for these games has been given, other than that, "Readiness levels need to be maintained."

The Ferratian Empire currently has no relations with Communist Mississippi, but if the governement of CM would allow it, we would like to send representatives of our government, and perhaps a few of the custom designed ships of the Ferratian Imperial Navy. We would also like to use this as an opportunity to develop diplomatic relations with CM.

ITD, of course, is sending their three prime fleets and several normal ones. More information on the fleets will be posted at a later time... as soon as I reassign the newly acquired military equipment bought from CM.
