OOC" all the ships have been created before hand, but they are waiting for new crews. The old ships will be melted down so the navy ships size stays the same.

Earlier today John Brown announced that after years of faithfull service, the Type 22, 23, and 42 would be phased out and replaced by the new Type 44 and Type 25. It had been rumoured for sometime that this was inevitable, but now it has happened Captains and crews of their ships are in uproar at this event. We go live to Richard Melson at the HMS Skyline, a Type 42 Destroyer that is to be melted down this afternoon. Over to you Richard.
A picture-in-picture appears of a man with shiny brown hair, at a seaside port were seagulls fly happily overhead.

Thanks Marianna. Im about to meet Captain J Tunns.
Richard walks up the gangplank, and the Captain is there waiting for him.
Hello Captain.
Hi Richard
We have been informed that most of the Royal Navies destroyers and frigates are to be turned to scrap metal, and replaced by newer models
Yes Richard, that is true, and me and my crew are not happy about it. I've
been on this ship for twenty years, and its never failed me or any of my men. We will be sad to see it go. I only hope our new ship,a Type 44 will be as good.
Thanks Captain. Back to you Marianna

Thanks Richard. Yesterday, a cat stuck up a tree killed eight firemen trying to rescue it...
