If anyone would be interested i am planning a realistic version of WWII, using technology of the day and proper tactics. So if your a history fan or just want to have fun and possibly learn something join in.

in fact there's a WW2 re-enactment going on now!!!
I'd do it, as long as we can diverge from the actual thing in terms of events (for example, Mussolini chooses to keep Italy out of war.)

Well we can't keep Italy out of the war as that would probably spoil something along the way.

Actually, we can keep Italy out of the war. The war wouldn't be much different, becasue then the RN wouldn't tie up so much in the Med, and there would be little action in Africa (No battles in Egypt or Libya). Plus, I'd like to try out my theory about what would've happened had Italy remained neutral. I thought the idea here was to try alternate history- but not with that technology crap.
