The Victoria wall
Kahta is going to be constructing a seawall around the Island of Kahta, this wall will be similar to the atlantic wall, but 5 miles of bunkers, trenches, casemates, and other similar defensive obstacles. The cost will be $30 Trillion over 10 years.

Hey mind if I suggest something that will benefit both our peoples? Let our troops move in and do war games with you. Everyone has paintball markers and we try to invade your wall. You get to know were to put more security and what to improve on your wall and my troops get training. Interested?
Sure, its just going to be about 10 years (10 RL weeks) until the wall is finished.
Walls can be broken. Just so ya know. They did it in 1944. I don't see why not now.

And the germans were at war while they constructed it, giving them a sure shortage of manpower and supplies.

The First mile has been completed.
The second mile has been completed. Progress is going much faster than estimated, however the cost is quickly rising. Taxes have gone from a flat rate of 27% two years ago to 33% this year mainly because of the cost of building this wall, and the MacDonald line.

The third mile has been completed. 50 Million people are working on this project 24 hours a day, this project has been comsuming largely national stockpiles. Steel stockpiles are down 45% and conrete is down 60%. We have enough steel to finish the project, but lack the concrete to finish the last half mile. He still have 2 miles to go.
The Victoria wall has been finished, it is complete, and 15 miles deep. The final cost was $45 Trillion dollars.
