Kyprion is planning to develop a combat suit that will protect against at least twelve 5.56mm rounds easily, doubles strength, and heightens moving speed by way of Stim Packs. A concept image is below; and below that is the rifle and pistol that we have developed especially for the soldiers involved in this project.

Also, we want to develop augmentations to the soldiers so that their reflexes
increase by 300 percent, raises muscle density by 150 percent, stabilizes adrenaline output, and speeds up the flow of endorphins to wounds. Also, it will render bones 4x stronger than normal. This particular project will be called SPARTAN.

OOC: yes, i know that these things come from Starcraft and Halo but pls don't rip apart my thread with "hey that's from halo!" "you stole that from halo!", etc.

There are no more donations needed. exceptions are: scientists and engineers.

Solid water, do you have a neovirus that only has temporary effects? i only want enhanced speed and less oxygen needed for nervous system to operate with minimal to no side effects for a duration that it's safe for the human body to handle... say, 45 seconds to one minute?

I was thinking you'd train special soldiers with better endurance and the like. And no, i don't.

However, Solid Water would like to contribute $20 million for research on the stimpacks.

Thanks to a recent increase in our military budget the Dominion of Sir Peter the sage is willing to contribute $1 billion as a beginning installment toward the completion of this project. However, this contribution comes with the condition of a team of Sir Peter's scientists being allowed to aid in the development of this new armour and weapons.

Take 2 billion dollars from us. We don't need it.

The Holy Empire shall donate $2.6 Billion (USD) to the SPARTAN project, seeing as how the Emporer is hopelessly addicted to Halo, maybe this'll pry him away from the computer and get him involved in engineering some foreign policy! Also, it would be an ideal addition to our defensive arsenal.

we only need .5 billion more to fully fund this project, which we can do on our own. donations are closed except scientists/engineers, which then will be paid on departure.

My scientists and engineers are on thier way and should arrive within the hour. Sir Peter is also sending a group of our special ops to provide input and help field test.

Ravea will send a dozen Top-ranked scientests to aid the project.

I don't think so. the backpack is solely for life support/stimpacks/ammo. no room for jetpack and fuel. sorry.

we have made prototype models of the suit and are currently running human volunteer tests with the augmentation serum.

and we have built a suit for the infantry as well. (yes the Zealot suits are too expensive to be mass-produced in that quantity) the image is below.

the soldiers in these suits have no other advantages other than the stimpacks and armor. the armor WILL stop about 3-4 5.56mm rounds at medium/close range(50-250 meters).

In a recent stride in research, the Stimpack™ is complete!

the stimpack has a duration of 50 seconds; and in these 50 seconds three things happen:

Movement speed is increased by 150 percent with NO serious side effects except leg pains and headaches.
Reflexes are increades by 75 percent with NO serious side effects
and there is less oxygen needed for the nervous system to work. TWO side effects we cannot fix: Addiction to the Stimpacks™ and damage is 5 percent likely to occur in muscle tissue.

This drug is injected by way of syringe manually injected into the neck for maximum performance. a counter-serum is also in this formula so the drug does not have unintended after effects, ending in an unknown disease. the victims of this effect say they see nothing but blackness wherever they go, and show NO signs of blindness at all. there is a cure. it is to remove the eyes and have mechanical ones put in. it is greusome, but effective. the eyes have a HUD similar to that of the ZCS™ and up to 4x zoom.
