Subject: QRF base
We have been informed that your government has ordered the Victoria Alliance to recall its forces in Camewot and abandon its base or your government will attack the base due to your country's resignation from the alliance.
Let me be perfectly clear about this. We are willing to arrange for the peaceful evacuation of the QRF so long as you and your forces do not interfere in our plans to abandon the base. However, an attack on the QRF base will be dealt with harshly, both diplomatically and militarily.
We are dispatching a fleet of ships outside your territorial waters to act as an observation force to ensure that the QRF are given safe passage to their next destination. We would prefer not to have to use that force to protect the QRF or its base from an attack.
The choice is yours.
